I am new to Green Goods but I felt the whole process was very neat, convenient and fast. But the one complaint I have is that it was so fast that the person who is supposed to help you out was busy on the phone the whole time. So no one helped me pick and choose, for someone who's never been thru that process before, that was very frustrating.
