Lower-potency hemp
1,905 LPHE retailer licenses. The same file lists 70 LPHE manufacturer and 52 LPHE wholesaler licenses. Together those are 2,027 lower-potency hemp licenses (all types). That all-types total is not a retailer count.
OCM's separate application-status table for October 5 lists 1,904 LPHE retailer and 2,025 LPHE all-type licenses issued. Those totals differ from the distinct license numbers in its downloadable license-holder list above by one and two, respectively. We have not reconciled the difference, so treat these as source-specific counts. Compare both OCM sources.
175 licenses are social equity classified. 218 have a retail site and 169 have a cultivation site. A license is not an open store.

Site-license issued dates, Sept 1 to Oct 5, 2026: 30 site rows covering 29 distinct licenses. Some rows are new sites on licenses that already existed. Retailer sites in that window include Chillwater (Spring Park), The Warriors Garden (St. Paul), The Village Muni (St. Anthony), DISPO (Minneapolis). These are site-license dates, not a list of brand-new license numbers.

Counts are distinct license numbers from the October 5, 2026 OCM licensed-businesses spreadsheet. The blank end-of-worksheet row is dropped. The headline is the sum of the 9 main license types. Event organizer and medical combination licenses are listed separately. The lower-potency hemp retailer count is License Type LPHE Retailer only. The all-types hemp total is labeled as all types. Daily menu snapshots are not used for license counts. A newer OCM row replaces this file only when all nine main type counts are present and above zero. MN Cannabis Hub is independent and is not the Office of Cannabis Management.
