Important: It is illegal to drive under the influence of cannabis
DUI Laws
- Driving with any detectable THC is illegal in Minnesota
- First offense DUI: Up to 90 days jail + $1,000 fine
- License revocation for 30-90 days minimum
- THC can be detected days or weeks after use
Transporting Cannabis

- Store in trunk or locked container (not glove box)
- Cannot cross state lines (federal crime)
