Home Grow Rules in Eagan
Minnesota law allows adults 21 and older to grow up to 8 cannabis plants at home, with a maximum of 4 mature plants at any time. Plants must be in an enclosed locked space not visible from public view. Eagan does not add local restrictions. Review your lease if you rent.
