Menu price and final checkout cost
For taxable cannabis sales, Minnesota Revenue lists a 15% cannabis tax, 6.875% state sales tax and applicable local sales taxes. Whether those amounts apply to or are already included in a particular listing must be checked separately.
Do not turn an unknown tax basis into an assumed before-tax price. Medical-program or tribal context alone does not establish a fixed percentage saving on a particular purchase.
