About Cannabis Licensing in Minnesota
All dispensaries listed below are licensed and regulated by the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). This includes both state-licensed operators and tribal nations operating under their own sovereignty.
Medical dispensaries are operated by RISE (Green Thumb Industries) and Green Goods (Vireo Health), who were the original medical cannabis license holders in Minnesota.
Tribal dispensaries operate under tribal sovereignty and may have different tax structures. They are the first to offer adult-use cannabis sales to the general public in Minnesota.
