We are regulars, have tried many of the carts. Grasslandz appears to be the best, HOWEVER the manufacturer changed the type of cart the product comes in. The plastic white tips are a major flaw when it comes to using the product. Often times they clog or you are left waiting extended periods for the product to hit the heating element and you aren’t able to heat them due to it being plastic. Extremely disappointing change that deters me from buying this product and I can only hope the manufacturer comes to their senses and reverts back to the previous design to improve the vaping experience. Otherwise the store has been great and for the most part everyone is very outgoing.
