Blom is one of Minnesota's most distinctive new cannabis operations, built around a vertically integrated mezzobusiness license that permits cultivation, manufacturing, and retail under one roof. Located at 4024 Peavey Road in Chaska, the facility occupies a 42,886-square-foot industrial property acquired in April 2026, one of just eleven general mezzobusiness licenses issued statewide by the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management. Blom holds one of only three retail permits the City of Chaska issued under its local cannabis ordinance, giving it a significant foothold in the fast-growing southwest suburban market. The facility is in active buildout with initial plant canopy targeting a first harvest in early 2027, making this a rare chance to support a dispensary whose in-house flower will eventually arrive from the same building where customers shop. Chaska is a growing community of roughly 28,000 on the southwest edge of the Twin Cities metro, near the Minnesota River and Carver County's lake and trail network.
