Munch Cannabis Company is a veteran-owned microbusiness dispensary in Hinckley, Minnesota, focusing on craft cannabis cultivation and boutique retail. The shop is located at 25246 Rice Road on the edge of town, close to the I-35 corridor that connects the Twin Cities and Duluth, positioning it as a natural stop for travelers on one of Minnesota's busiest highway routes. Hinckley itself is a well-known road-trip waypoint roughly halfway between Minneapolis and Duluth, anchored by Grand Casino Hinckley and its adjacent hotel, RV resort, and entertainment complex. The Mille Lacs Band's Lake Leaf tribal dispensary already draws casino visitors, and Munch serves a complementary local-first alternative for residents of Pine County and the surrounding townships. As a licensed microbusiness, Munch is permitted to cultivate its own cannabis and sell it directly to customers, with an emphasis on small-batch, organically grown classic strains. The veteran ownership brings a values-driven approach to cannabis retail with a focus on product quality, customer education, and community ties. Microbusiness licensing under the 2026 OCM framework allows for a tightly integrated grow-to-sell model that larger retailers cannot replicate. Hinckley is also adjacent to Banning State Park and the Snake River, adding outdoor recreation appeal to the area. Bring a valid 21-plus ID. Inventory and hours may vary; check ahead before visiting.
