About
THE ZEN POT is a state-licensed adult-use cannabis dispensary in Buffalo, Minnesota, located at 403 Highway 55 NE, Suite A. Buffalo is the county seat of Wright County and sits on the south shore of Buffalo Lake, approximately 35 miles west of the Minneapolis city center. The dispensary holds a microbusiness retail license from the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) and opened in 2026, making it one of a small number of licensed cannabis retailers serving the Highway 55 corridor west of the Twin Cities. Wright County residents and lake-area visitors previously had to travel to the east metro or St. Cloud for licensed cannabis, making THE ZEN POT a significant local addition. Typical product categories at Minnesota microbusiness retailers include flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, and concentrates. Bring a valid 21+ ID. Nearby licensed dispensaries include Altitude Dispensary at 220 Sandberg Road in Monticello (approximately 12 miles north on Highway 25) and Grazzhopper at 16484 SE 149th Street in Big Lake (approximately 14 miles east). From Highway 55 eastbound or westbound, the dispensary is on the north side of the highway in the commercial strip east of downtown Buffalo. Ample parking is available in the suite parking lot. MN Roots in Elk River (approximately 20 miles east) is also an option for a wider selection.
