   I just drove to this place after talking to I believe it was Jonathan on the phone who confirmed I would get my medical discount on the flower I was asking about. I drove all the way from Prior Lake just to come to this location for that deal to get here and to be told that they won’t honor it. Even though I was told on the phone they would. The gentleman here checked with the manager and he said no, even though their employee provided the wrong information they would not honor it. Important to lose a repeat customer than it is to give a $5 or $10 discount. With that said, I will be taking my business elsewhere because there are plenty of dispensaries now open in the state of Minnesota. I see the business response but it still remains that I called, was very clear about the product and what I was asked about, and was told the discount applies. I show up and it’s a no. It’s fine to make a mistake but to not honor your employees error is horrible customer service. I did not make a purchase nor will I be back. I’m just putting a warning out for others that clearly if you quote something incorrect you will not honor it.

   OwnerI just spoke to my manager. She informed me that the reason your medical discount was not honored is because there was already a sale price on what you were purchasing. We do not allow double discounts and give whichever is greater.

   Predatory. Expensive. Cash only. $65 per gram cart is already “we know you have no other options” pricing. And the community will remember that. I finally find a place with THC vapes and—surprise—none of the disposables listed on their website actually exist in the store. Fine. $65/gram is ridiculous, but Minnesota’s market is newborn and greedy, whatever. I grab two carts and a battery. Cashier rings me up: “That’ll be $170.” I’m standing there like… what alternate universe math is this? “Oh, there’s another $30‑plus in tax.” Cool. Love that. I pull out the credit card I use for literally everything, and then they drop the bomb: cash or debit only. No warning on the website. No sign on the door. No heads‑up before ringing up $170. Just a smug “there’s an ATM in the sketchy convenience store next door” like I’m supposed to wander into a nameless building and pay $6 in fees to complete a transaction they could’ve disclosed upfront. Absolutely not. I walked out. If you’re going to charge premium prices, add premium taxes, and then operate like a back‑alley pawn shop, at least have the decency to warn people before wasting their time. I’ll wait until Minnesota has actual competition and shops are forced to behave like normal businesses instead of running early‑market cash‑grab theater. Special thanks to Minnesota for closing the 2018 Farm Bill loophole for delta-8 products and the like. Update: June 1st, I drove 42m to Prescott, WI. The first shop beat MN hands down. This shop was $15/gram. I drove a little further into Prescott and arrived at Prescott Smoke and Vapor on 408 Lake St N. Prescott, WI. Their cost: $4/gram. (Averaged between multiple products purchased). To say the least, I found my shop on Lake Street. Comparatively: MN, everywhere: $65/gram WI, border: $15/gram WI, 3 miles into town: $4/gram I got 32 grams of Delta 8, 10, Live Diamonds for the price of 2 grams in MN. This math is well worth the drive.

   OwnerWe are very price competitive with other shops in the area. Right now, there are not a lot of manufactures and cultivators in MN, and the testing of products is not a fast process. This is the main factor for the pricing being where it is at. Pricing will come down in MN, but it will take some time. As for the tax rate, we do not create this number, go talk to your local state representative and start lobbing for lower taxes. As for the credit card fees, these are determined by the credit card companies, not us. We do not see any of this fee. As for the cash machine, you are correct, we do not have one on site, but we do have a bank directly behind us with a drive thru ATM, and as you mentioned, there is a conveinance store two doors down that has a cash maching.

    The 3 people I was in contact with were the best. No, I don't know there names but they didn't make me feel out of place. They made making my purchase the easiest thing ever.
