Flame and Flora is the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community's first cannabis dispensary, located at 2571 Credit Union Drive in Prior Lake directly across from Mystic Lake Casino. The SMSC-owned store opened April 12, 2026 and features a deli-style shopping experience where customers view and select flower before it is packaged, a format designed to promote education and responsible use. SMSC Chairman Cole Miller has described the enterprise as an extension of the community's longstanding health and wellness mission, with knowledgeable staff, workshops, and seminars. All products are third-party laboratory tested for safety and potency.

Has mostly everything you would need also have a website you can check before going in. Also got deli style, and no taxes is their biggest deal they got going on can save lots of money shopping here got lots of variety, and decent prices

My favorite dispensary. It is medicinal only for anyone who's wondering. They always are super friendly and helpful, also have a good rewards program for the frequent flyers! This is my go to place.

Beautiful place
Upon entering the establishment with the intention of purchasing flour, I was informed that the establishment does not impose any taxes on its products. Consequently, if I were to spend $60 on flowers, the total cost would remain $60. Sweet that was Awesome, However the establishment failed to disclose the ATM fee and other associated charges, if you’re using A Card. As a result, I was charged an additional six dollars due to the staff’s omission of this information.
