   I personally don't care but standing in line as it began to get bigger another customer started to complain. I really like GG but you should really get someone else to answer the phone instead of the person checking everyone in. I see people mulling around the office not doing much except telling the person who answers the phones to start letting people in. That really made the complainer laugh. If they are on the computer giving customers info they can't check people in.

   It was a pretty nice place i cant complain. My favorite was as soon as you walk in all you smell is the herbal flower. Nice people that work there please look pretty clean. Tom pretty good product. Good prices for the herb wasn't too busy got in and out bathrooms are clean all in all it was a pretty nice place. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that asks

   Placed an online order around 5pm came in around 7pm for pick up .. they cleared all kiosk orders getting to me last.. what’s the point?

   OwnerL A, an order placed two hours ahead shouldn’t leave you waiting behind every kiosk customer. That defeats the convenience of ordering online.    For my first time I didn’t think staff were very helpful at all. It’s kind of like an in and out business. Just people rushing in and out. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I typically don’t partake in cannabis and had some questions like even how to use the machine to order. I’m not slow I just had some questions before I spend my hard earned money. Also the front desk man is literally on autopilot. If someone is new take the time to help them and don’t make them feel awkward for asking. Also the front desk man told me it would take like 2 mins. I’ve been here for 30 mins!

   Double check your receipts if you are buying any bundles. They have overcharged me a few times. I was offered $10 store credit the third time after I called out the wrong amount. 😂😂😂

    Today was my first visit. You have to show valid ID. They make a copy. A friend works there and guided me through the choices. She also provided me with information on obtaining a license for medical marijuana. This allows you to buy at a discount. You make your choices and place your order on a screen. They call you back to a window where you show your ID again and pay for your purchase. It's a nice place. There are restrooms available right there in the lobby. Everything was really clean, very efficient, in a convenient place and service was friendly and helpful. Thanks Pam!!

    In from out of town and I’m shocked at how expensive weed is in MN. Worse than maybe anywhere. But, three stars cuz this place’s prices were below anywhere else I found by a margin. If you must use a dispensary in the Twin Cities, this may be your best bet. Although, after originally posting a solid review based only on prices, I bought $30 worth of pre-rolls that wouldn’t smoke they were poorly made—for $7 a join at that. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I don’t know what’s up with dispensaries in MN rn but hopefully the game changes cuz I would never shop at these spots if I lived here.
