This one hurts, because I am a fan of Legacy, but I have to say this was the most lackluster experience hands down. Zero customer service, zero explanation of how things work, zero interaction to see if there were questions... I've managed dispos from Los Angeles to Seattle, and it makes me sad to see local dispo here in the cities have this bad of customer service and interaction. If that were my store we would be doing some hands on customer service training ASAP.

Extremely high prices and extremely low inventory. I purchased a half gram of concentrate for something like 50 dollars prior to tax. I can get that down the block or in another nearby state for 1/3 that cost with the quality being better.

I didn’t take any photos inside. But the atmosphere is bright, and the folks are friendly for sure. It was my first time, and definitely won’t be my last! I left a $2 tip well earned. Lovely people.

This business has spent months telling customers that a rewards program is “coming soon” and that purchases are being tracked so points will be available once it launches. I first heard this well before 4/20, and since then the timeline has repeatedly changed. Customers have been told things like “a couple more days” or “next week,” yet nothing has happened and there have been little to no meaningful updates. I’ve personally spent well over $3,000 here because I believed those statements. At this point, I feel misled, and I won’t be returning. The most disappointing part isn’t the lack of a rewards program—it’s the repeated promises and shifting timelines without transparency. In a market with so many options, trust matters. Treat your customers with honesty and respect instead of making promises you can’t keep. If there are delays, just be upfront about them. People appreciate honesty far more than excuses. But please let me know once a class action lawsuit has started!

Every employee at this location is so friendly and helpful. I’m a regular to the shop at this point. Love it!! So happy MN finally got there poops in a group with rec use
