Common Tasks Quick Reference

Print My Verification Card

  1. 1Log in to the Medical Cannabis Registry
  2. 2Click on "Verification Card" in the menu
  3. 3Click "Print Card" or save as PDF
  4. 4Your confirmation email also works as a temporary card
You don't need a physical card - your email confirmation or digital card on your phone works at dispensaries.

Complete a Patient Self-Evaluation (PSE)

  1. 1Log in to the Medical Cannabis Registry
  2. 2Navigate to "Self-Evaluation" or "PSE" section
  3. 3Answer the questions about your symptoms and treatment
  4. 4Submit the evaluation
PSEs help track your treatment progress. Complete them as requested to maintain your enrollment.

Update My Information

  1. 1Log in to the Medical Cannabis Registry
  2. 2Click on "My Account" or "Profile"
  3. 3Edit the information you want to change
  4. 4Save your changes
Keep your email and phone current so you receive important notifications about your enrollment.

Add/Remove a Caregiver

  1. 1Log in to the Medical Cannabis Registry
  2. 2Navigate to "Manage Caregivers"
  3. 3To add: Enter the caregiver's email to send invitation
  4. 4To remove: Select the caregiver and click "Remove"
You can have up to 2 caregivers at a time. Removing a caregiver takes effect immediately.
