Waabigwan Mashkiki Mahnomen is the White Earth Nation tribal cannabis dispensary located adjacent to the Shooting Star Casino and Resort in Mahnomen, Mahnomen County. The name means 'Flower Medicine' in Ojibwe. As a tribally operated business, it does not collect Minnesota's 15 percent excise tax or state sales tax, offering approximately 22 percent savings compared to standard dispensaries. Waabigwan Mashkiki operates three locations across White Earth territory: Mahnomen, Moorhead, and St. Cloud. Licensing status verified via the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) registry at mn.gov/ocm. Last verified April 2026.
