Cannabis in Brooklyn Park, MN
Brooklyn Park is the 4th largest city in Minnesota, with over 80,000 residents and a commercial corridor anchored by MN-169 and I-694. Since recreational cannabis legalization in August 2023, Brooklyn Park has a licensed dispensary serving the northwest metro, making it a convenient stop for residents of Maple Grove, Osseo, Champlin, Brooklyn Center, and New Hope who want to avoid driving into Minneapolis.
RISE - Brooklyn Park at 8016 Brooklyn Blvd is the most reviewed dispensary in the city. RISE carries a broad product menu including flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, pre-rolls, and topicals, and serves both recreational and medical cannabis patients. Online ordering is available through the RISE website for in-store pickup.
Adults 21 and older can shop at RISE without a medical card. Love Is An Ingredient operates a separate hemp-derived THC store in Brooklyn Park; it should not be confused with an OCM-licensed adult-use dispensary. Check each retailer's official site for its current address and product scope.
Brooklyn Park residents: Minnesota law allows adults 21 and older to possess up to 2 ounces of cannabis flower in public and grow up to 8 plants at home (4 mature maximum). Consumption is permitted in private residences: not in public spaces, vehicles, or near schools.
