Home Grow Rules in New Hope
Minnesota law allows adults 21 and older to grow up to 8 cannabis plants at home, with no more than 4 mature plants at any time. Plants must be in an enclosed locked space not visible from public view. New Hope does not add local restrictions. Review your lease agreement before growing if you rent.
