Shakopee has adopted cannabis zoning regulations consistent with Minnesota state law and OCM licensing requirements. Public consumption is prohibited throughout Shakopee under state law, including near Valleyfair, Murphy's Landing, Huber Park, and all other public spaces. Shakopee does not add restrictions beyond state statutes.
Home Grow Rules in Shakopee
