Dispensaries in New Prague, Minnesota

Adults 21 and older in New Prague may purchase and possess up to 2 ounces of cannabis flower in public and up to 2 pounds at home. Minnesota law lets adults 21 and older use cannabis in a private residence or its yard, on private property not generally open to the public unless the owner prohibits it, and at premises licensed for on-site consumption (Minn. Stat. 342.09, subd. 1). Cities may ban use in public places by ordinance (Minn. Stat. 152.0263, subd. 5).
