Dispensaries in Rogers, Minnesota

Adults 21 and older in Rogers may purchase and possess up to 2 ounces of cannabis flower in public and up to 2 pounds at home. Minnesota law lets adults 21 and older use cannabis in a private residence or its yard, on private property not generally open to the public unless the owner prohibits it, and at premises licensed for on-site consumption (Minn. Stat. 342.09, subd. 1). Cities may ban use in public places by ordinance (Minn. Stat. 152.0263, subd. 5).

Minnesota's cannabis program is administered by the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM), and all dispensaries listed here hold active OCM retail licenses. The interim “moratorium” ordinances that many Minnesota cities adopted in 2023–24 expired by January 1, 2025, so cities can no longer ban cannabis businesses: but they may still apply local zoning (such as buffer zones near schools, parks, or daycares, or limits on the number and location of dispensaries).
