Love Is An Ingredient has been serving the north Minneapolis metro from its Central Avenue NE storefront since 2018, making it one of Minnesota's longest-running legal THC retail operations. Located at 4110 Central Ave NE in Columbia Heights, the shop sits on the busy commercial corridor connecting Hilltop, Fridley, and Northeast Minneapolis, drawing customers from across the northern metro. The store specializes in THC-infused edibles and beverages, carrying gummies, chocolates, drinks, tinctures, and CBD products. Nearly 90 percent of the inventory is locally sourced from Minnesota and Wisconsin producers. Love Is An Ingredient is the retail arm of Uniflora Holistics, which also produces the Retro Bakery line of THC edibles manufactured in-house right here in Minnesota. Hours run Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday noon to 6 p.m. Same-day local delivery is available throughout the Twin Cities metro. A rewards program is offered through Fivestars. The Columbia Heights location is one of three Twin Cities-area stores, with additional locations in Brooklyn Park and Burnsville. Under Minnesota's dual hemp and adult-use cannabis licensing framework now in full effect, Love Is An Ingredient carries products from both the licensed hemp-derived and state-regulated cannabis supply chains, giving shoppers one of the broader edible selections available in the north metro.

Placed an order at 6pm on a weekday for local delivery. I received a call from the delivery driver the following day asking what time would be best for me for delivery, and after discussing delivery time with the driver I was told I would receive a text message with a location status of my order- and I did!
