Cannabis-Friendly Web Hosting

Cannabis website hosting for a Minnesota dispensary starts with a written policy, not a guess. This page lists web hosts that allow cannabis in their own words. Ganja Cloud's sentence covers web hosting and email hosting, so it is listed once. Payment processors are a separate decision, covered on the dispensary payment processor policies guide. The business guides hub links both, plus the banking atlas.

Hosts that allow cannabis in writing

Each card quotes the host and links the page the sentence came from. The list is alphabetical. Pressable's quote says products above 0.3% THC need special review. Read that line before you move a plant-touching site.

Limits on payments and text messages

A restriction and a text-message ban are labeled separately. The quote is the limit. A hemp or CBD line is not permission for a plant-touching dispensary site, and an SMS ban is not an email ban. Payment-processor bans such as Stripe and Square are quoted on the payment processor policies guide.

Text messages · Bans cannabis in texts

Klaviyo SMS/MMS

This includes any SMS or MMS message content related to: Illegal substances (federal, state, or in any message recipient's jurisdiction), including but not limited to CBD, marijuana/cannabis, prescription medication that cannot legally be sold over the counter, Kratom, vaping/e-cigarettes, THC, and related paraphernalia products

The quoted ban covers SMS and MMS message content. It does not confirm an email ban.

Policies that are not confirmed

Kinsta and Hostinger never mention cannabis in the policies we checked. Neither does a long list of other hosts, email tools, and domain registrars. WordPress.com's cited line is about CBD and hemp sellers, so it is not confirmed for licensed cannabis. SiteGround's terms page was blocked by a robot challenge. None of these companies are listed as cannabis-friendly. These rows say checked, not verified.

Questions owners ask

What is cannabis-friendly web hosting?

On this page, cannabis-friendly web hosting means the host wrote that it accepts cannabis, THC, or marijuana businesses. The quote and the policy link are on the card. A marketing page that never uses those words is not listed as cannabis-friendly.

Do Kinsta or Hostinger allow cannabis websites?

Kinsta and Hostinger never mention cannabis in the policy pages we checked on October 8, 2026. They are in the not confirmed list. We do not call them cannabis-friendly.

Does Shopify allow cannabis?

The hosting row is limited to Shopify Payments for hemp, CBD, and THC products. Shopify's acceptable use policy does not mention cannabis. A separate Shopify Payments eligibility page, quoted on the payment processor policies guide, lists cannabis and related products among products that page does not support. We do not have a quote that says the Shopify platform approves a licensed dispensary store.

Can a dispensary use Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Twilio for cannabis text messages?

Klaviyo and Omnisend ban cannabis in SMS and MMS content. Those rows do not confirm an email ban. Twilio's documentation says cannabis and CBD businesses are forbidden for SMS and MMS in the United States and Canada, regardless of message content. The sentences are quoted above.

What if a domain registrar never mentions cannabis?

A registrar policy that does not mention cannabis is listed as not confirmed, not as cannabis-friendly. Porkbun, GoDaddy Domains, and Cloudflare Registrar were in that group when we checked. Namecheap's hosting acceptable use policy does not name cannabis.

License questions belong on the Minnesota cannabis license guide and the Office of Cannabis Management guide.
