Minnesota Revenue posts Oct. 13 cannabis non-delivery list
Minnesota Revenue's Oct. 13 cannabis posting adds newly posted businesses with a Sep. 18 non-delivery date and keeps prior active restrictions in place.
Minnesota Revenue posted a new cannabis tax delinquency list on October 13, giving cannabis operators and retailers a current check on which listed businesses cannot receive regulated cannabis deliveries and which recently removed businesses may receive deliveries again.
The Oct. 13 PDF, titled Tax Delinquencies / Cannabis Sales, says it is up to date as of October 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The practical change for readers is this: the list includes a Newly Posted section with a Non-Delivery Date of Sep. 18, 2026, a Previously Posted section that remains subject to the posting rule, and a Recently Removed section that Revenue says may receive deliveries again.
Revenue's Cannabis Posting page links the Oct. 13 PDF as the current Cannabis Posting Tax Delinquency List. For Minnesota shoppers, this is not a menu, a license list, or a claim about product quality. For operators, it is a compliance signal that can affect whether product may move through the regulated supply chain. If you are checking consumer access, pair this with the live Minnesota dispensary directory, city pages such as Minneapolis dispensaries, and store-level confirmation.
What Revenue posted
The Oct. 13 PDF lists newly posted businesses including Bloomington Wellness Center PA in Bloomington, MN Haze / Infinite Vapor in Burnsville, TNT Xchange LLC / TNT-Xchange in Duluth, Kefi Plant Wellness LLC in Golden Valley, Lagom Naturals LLC in Minneapolis, Super Tobacco 1 LLC / Tobacco Outlet Depot Plus in Minneapolis, and Zenergize LLC / Zen Room Kava Lounge in Saint Paul. Revenue's PDF includes more newly posted businesses than those examples, so operators should use the official document instead of relying on a partial summary.
The newly posted section uses Revenue's standard cannabis posting language: the named taxpayers are at least 10 days delinquent in filing or paying taxes, and cannabis cultivators, manufacturers, microbusinesses, mezzobusinesses, medical cannabis combination businesses, wholesalers, and industrial hemp growers may not sell or deliver product to them beginning the third business day after the list date. The listed non-delivery date is Sep. 18, 2026.
That date may look odd beside an Oct. 13 PDF, but it appears exactly that way in the official document. MN Cannabis Hub is preserving the source language rather than trying to infer Revenue's internal posting timeline.
What remains restricted
The previously posted section is the part operators should not skim past. Revenue says businesses in that section remain on cannabis posting from previous lists and remain subject to the rule until they take care of their delinquencies.
The Oct. 13 previously posted section includes, among others, Cowboys Smoke Shop in Andover, The Green Monster in Bemidji, 320 Cannabis Co / The Glass Slipper in Clearwater, Round Lake Tobacco in Coon Rapids, Asema Tobacco & Pipe Shop in Mahnomen, several Minneapolis entries, Realm Cannabis LLC in Minnetonka, Northstar Plus / Hideaway Tobacco in Waite Park, and multiple Zaza-branded entries in Minneapolis, New Hope, and Saint Paul.
Some of those names overlap with consumer-facing cannabis searches. For example, readers may recognize Zaza from the Hub's Zaza Cannabis St. Paul dispensary page. Do not turn that into a broader claim than the source supports. The Revenue list is a tax posting and delivery-restriction document, not an OCM license revocation, not an enforcement narrative, and not proof of current store hours or inventory.
What was recently removed
The Oct. 13 PDF also carries forward a Recently Removed section. Revenue says the names in that section are businesses that were posted and have been removed, and that deliveries may resume to those businesses.
That section includes Aurora Cannabis LLC / The Prior Lake Dispo, with a date removed of 09/30/2026. MN Cannabis Hub already covered that specific Prior Lake Revenue list movement when it appeared on the Sep. 30 posting. In the Oct. 13 PDF, Aurora is not a new Aurora-only development. It is part of the current statewide list's recently removed section.
Other recently removed entries in the Oct. 13 PDF include Geneva Bar & Grill in Geneva, El Patron Liquor in Waite Park, Q & T Agriculture LLC in Saint Paul, Northwoods Cannabis LLC in Shoreview, Ace Spirits in Hopkins, St. Augusta Tobacco & Vape in Saint Augusta, Brooklyn Grocery & Tobacco in Brooklyn Park, Happy Duck in Lakeville, St. Paul Tobacco LLC in Saint Paul, and Silver Lake Smoke Shop in Rochester.
Why this matters locally
Minnesota's legal cannabis market depends on more than licenses and storefronts. Product has to move through regulated channels, and Revenue's cannabis posting list can affect delivery eligibility for posted businesses. That makes the list useful to cultivators, manufacturers, wholesalers, hemp growers, retailers, and readers trying to understand why access can change without a splashy OCM announcement.
For shoppers, the safe takeaway is narrow: a business appearing on Revenue's list is a tax posting status, not a product recommendation or a consumer safety rating. If a business is listed as recently removed, Revenue says deliveries may resume, but that still does not prove that a store has a live menu, updated hours, or a specific product on the shelf. Use the Minnesota cannabis tax tracker for broader tax context and the Minnesota cannabis tax rate guide for consumer tax basics.
For operators, the takeaway is more direct. Check the current Revenue PDF before deliveries, counterparty assumptions, or public statements. Screenshots and old PDFs can age out quickly. Revenue says it posts the cannabis list and submits it to the Office of Cannabis Management by the 15th day of each month, and the Revisor's Minnesota Statutes section 270C.726 is the statutory source for the posting and sales prohibition.
