Methodology
Confirmed-open means a Hub listing we have verified is open for business. Active listings include unverified and coming-soon rows. Tribal-owned shops correctly may lack OCM license numbers.
Maps: open-storefront points use Hub location data only. County maps match on each county's official boundary for DOR aid. City zoning embeds attribute their public map source directly.
Initial snapshots come from the Hub's published investigation The Receipts. Pipeline attrition from preliminary approval to open storefront needs a public data request; it is marked pending, not guessed.
