Richfield has adopted cannabis zoning regulations consistent with Minnesota state law and OCM licensing requirements. Public consumption is prohibited throughout Richfield under state law, including in Wood Lake Nature Center, Veterans Memorial Park, and all other public areas. Richfield does not add restrictions beyond state statutes.

Home Grow Rules in Richfield

Minnesota law allows adults 21 and older to grow up to 8 cannabis plants at home, with a maximum of 4 mature plants at any time. Plants must be in an enclosed locked space not visible from public view. Richfield does not add local restrictions. Review your HOA rules and lease before cultivating.

Medical Cannabis
