NativeCare is the official adult-use and medical cannabis dispensary brand of the Red Lake Nation (Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians / Red Lake Band of Ojibwe) in northwestern Minnesota. The original store sits on the Red Lake Reservation itself, and a second location operates at the Seven Clans Casino in Thief River Falls.
Because the Red Lake location operates on tribal sovereign land, purchases there skip Minnesota's 15% state cannabis excise tax. Both locations serve registered medical patients and adult-use (21+) customers with flower, vapes, pre-rolls, concentrates and edibles.
