Fairwater Farm is one of Minnesota's first OCM-licensed non-tribal cannabis retailers, located on Main Street in Plainview in Wabasha County. This independent dispensary was among the earliest to receive a state adult-use retail license and serves residents of Plainview and the surrounding southeastern Minnesota region, including Buffalo City, Lake City, and Wabasha communities.
