This roundup uses the Office of Cannabis Management licensed-businesses files dated Oct. 12 and Oct. 19, 2026. OCM does not publish cultivation street addresses. A license is not an open store. Hemp (LPHE) licenses are a different sheet and are not in this list. The microbusiness license guide explains that license type. Statewide counts are on the OCM dashboard, kept separate from the retail-site box below.
Cultivation
Between the Oct. 12 and Oct. 19 files, OCM added these cultivation microbusinesses:
- Vista (Whispering Roots LLC), MICRO-L25-000424, city of Dakota, Winona County, Oct. 16. It is the second Dakota grower after Wonderland Gardens L.L.C. (MICRO-L25-001264, Sept. 8), which was licensed first. The Winona city guide covers the county seat. This is not the Dakota County page.
- C2C Greens LLC, MICRO-L24-000514, Preston (Fillmore County), Oct. 16, social-equity classified.
- Nevil's Garden, MICRO-L25-001556, Cloquet (Carlton County), Oct. 14. Cloquet has a city guide.
The La Crosse Tribune reported on the Winona County grower on Oct. 26, 2026: local story. The workbook is OCM's Oct. 19, 2026 licensed-businesses file.
Event organizer
The Cannabis Co. in Saint Michael holds event organizer license EVENT-26-000007, valid Oct. 19 through Oct. 30, 2026. That is an event license, not a new retail site. Saint Michael already has a dispensary directory page.
Retail sites added on the Oct. 12 file
The Oct. 19 file added no retail sites. These three were new on the Oct. 12 file. Say licensed, not open.
- Tonka Dispensary, 15602 Hwy 7, Minnetonka, site issued Oct. 7. Minnetonka guide.
- Midwest Craft Cannabis, 26 N Main St, Sherburn, site issued Oct. 8. Microbusiness MICRO-L25-000556. Sherburn guide.
- Lindstrom Canna, 13185 St Croix Ave, Lindstrom, site issued Oct. 12.
