What Makes Flame & Flora Unique

Deli-Style Flower

The only dispensary in Minnesota where you can see, smell, and select your flower before it's packaged. No other shop offers this hands-on experience.

No 15% Cannabis Tax

As a tribal dispensary, Flame & Flora doesn't collect the 15% gross receipts tax. A $65 purchase saves you about $9.75 compared to state-licensed shops.

Small Grower Support

Product mix emphasizes flower and products from other tribes and small Minnesota growers — supporting local cultivators.

Loyalty Rewards

Sign up for the loyalty program and earn points on every purchase. New members receive $10 in rewards toward their next visit.

About the SMSC

The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community is one of the wealthiest and most operationally sophisticated tribal nations in the state, best known for operating Mystic Lake Casino — the largest casino in Minnesota. Flame & Flora represents the SMSC's entry into the state's regulated cannabis market under a tribal compact with Gov. Walz.

The dispensary is located at the former Mazopiya market site, a space the SMSC is repurposing for cannabis retail. The combination of the SMSC's retail experience, prime real estate near a major casino, and the unique deli-style flower concept positions Flame & Flora as one of the most closely watched dispensary launches in Minnesota's adult-use history.

Products Available

Flame & Flora carries cannabis flower (deli-style selection), pre-rolls, edibles, THC beverages and drinks, concentrates, and accessories. The product lineup leans toward Minnesota-grown products, including flower cultivated by other tribal nations and small-batch Minnesota growers.
