   No matter how loyal and long of a customer you are make sure to bring id! Unfortunately for me I drove an hour away with an expired id since my wallet was stolen and I left with nothing… besides the fact that only at this tobacco shop they are literally $34+ each , I never complain! They know me by now and know I’m over the age of 21.

   I'm a huge fan of this shop and I'm a big fan of the gummies they carry. The staff remembers my name every time I walk in, BEFORE I give them my phone number. They staff is friendly and know how to carry a conversation. The trivia questions are challenging but doable. I thought about this a lot and the only way I can think of to improve this shop would be to allow them to also sell coffee and donuts. They are perfectly fine the way they are, but I really like donuts and coffee.

   During an afternoon walk I popped in to say Hi and acquire somegummies. I was greeted by the staff and welcomed in to peruse the extensive collection of items. All of my questions were answered with pleasant energy. Highly recommended for assistance in your THC expeditions.

   Always an amazing experience at all of these stores. Dude even gave me a free battery of his worth like $35. I should've asked for his name, but whoever was working today (June 20th 6:30pm) y'all need to give him a raise for real. Phenomenal customer service

   I came here for come CBD cream or anything that could help with the knee pain. A lady here helped me pick out a roll-on cbd stick, similar to how a deodorant is packaged. Hands down some of the best topical stuff ive ever had, one of the only things that helps me manage the pain. I plan on being back as soon as I run out

    Since my wife and I come from over an hour away we called your Burnsville, MN location a couple of days ahead to see if you had the pods in stock that I needed. The young lady we spoke to on the phone was so informative and answered all of my questions. She was nice enough to set a couple of boxes aside for me so I didn't take the trip and come home empty handed. Fast forward to today, we were greeted instantly by Kirk. Very friendly, helpful, and really knows his stuff when it came to answering any questions I had regarding any of the flavors of the juices. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I could try out different flavors prior to purchasing them; in the past I have not been able to do so and have had some bad luck with flavors. I cannot say how Kirk really made my experience at your store a GREAT one. I will happily return for all of my vape needs. What ever you pay these two individuals, they do not get paid enough for the excellent customer service they provide. You can tell they really enjoy their work. I wish I could remember the young lady's name I spoke to on the evening of Tuesday, January 6; but both her and Kirk need a round of applause for a great job in representing your company. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for the customer!

    Everytume i go here I have the best experience the people that work there are awesome and always let me know the best deal is and what the new hot! Thing is this is the only place I'll go to for my vaping needs only on Tuesdays tho lol And kristian is the best he fixed my mod up changed out all the Orings the guy is a lengend

    I had a wonderful experience getting a new vaping device and juice. Gunner was very knowledgeable on the juice line up and (I know I said I wouldn't forget but I did) the lovely lady that started with an S helped me pick out my device. Atmosphere was nice and calm and welcoming. Thank you guys!
