Leafwell's public Minnesota page lists $139 for a new certificate and $139 for a renewal. MN Cannabis Hub code MNHUB is configured at $99. PrestoDoctor's public Minnesota page lists a $139.99 appointment and says you are billed only if approved. Neither company enrolls you with the Office of Cannabis Management.
Which one should I book?

Do Leafwell or PrestoDoctor issue the Minnesota medical card?
No. A practitioner certification and Office of Cannabis Management enrollment are separate. Enrolled patients use a registry verification in their account.
How long does the state take after either visit?
Minn. Stat. 342.52 says the office must approve or deny enrollment within 30 days after it receives the application and certification. OCM says review of a completed application may take up to 30 days. PrestoDoctor says its own practitioner decision can be the same day. That is not the state clock.
