What the public page says
Checked September 24, 2026, NuggMD's Minnesota page says the visit is online, that most approvals take 15 minutes or less, that support is available 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and that an unapproved evaluation is refunded. It also says Minnesota charges no state registration fee. Minnesota eliminated the annual patient enrollment fee effective July 1, 2023. The state enrollment fee is $0. Is NuggMD legit?
The company publishes a Minnesota signup page, a refund-if-not-approved line, and a $10 pre-evaluation cancellation fee. This page does not cite BBB, Trustpilot, or a complaint volume, because those sources were not checked on September 24, 2026. A published refund policy is not a reason to skip a provider that prints its price.
