In short: Better Sex is a Diamond CBD brand. The female pouch certificate posted on the product page is not a cannabinoid lab. It is an EVI Labs sensory and microbiology sheet for "Female Sensual Gummies," lot 1112260, manufactured May 15, 2025. It lists a proprietary blend of 500 mg per two gummies: maca, horny goat weed, panax ginseng, tribulus, ginkgo, damiana, dandelion, caffeine, guarana, yohimbe, and citrulline. The male jar's ingredient line says "proprietary male formula blend" and does not name those herbs. This guide did not test either product and does not claim an effect on libido.

Minnesota dispensary products with a sex-gummy angle are a different article: sex gummies in Minnesota. The company records are in is Diamond CBD legit.

How this page was checked

On October 29, 2026 the Hub opened the Better Sex brand page, the gummies collection, and three product pages: the female sensual pouch, the male herbal-blend jar, and the male raspberry pouch. It read the female certificate image. It did not read a cannabinoid panel because that image does not contain one. No gummy was eaten. Marketing lines about stamina and confidence are identified as the seller's copy and are not adopted as findings.

What the brand page says

The brand page describes sexual wellness gummies and delta-8 chocolate, with lab testing and direct-from-source pricing. The gummy collection that loaded listed four URLs: a female strawberry pouch, a male raspberry pouch, a male herbal jar, and a page titled Female Sensual Gummies. Chocolate is a separate collection. This article stays on the gummies. The brand page also shows customer comments about libido. Those are reviews on the seller's site. They are not a clinical study, and this guide does not quote them as evidence that the product works.

Five ingredients on the female certificate

The sheet is headed "Certificado de Analisis," EVI Labs, product name Female Sensual Gummies, customer "Unlimited Gummies," lot 1112260, code UG 02. Date of manufacture May 15, 2025. Expiration May 15, 2027. Serving size 2 gummies. Proprietary blend 500 mg. The blend names:

  1. Maca root powder
  2. Horny goat weed leaf powder, panax ginseng root powder, and Tribulus terrestris
  3. Ginkgo biloba and damiana extract
  4. Dandelion whole plant extract, caffeine, and guarana
  5. Yohimbe bark extract and citrulline malate

Microbiology lines say total plate count under 10,000 cfu/g, yeast and mold under 1,000 cfu/g, and E. coli and salmonella negative. There is no THC line, no CBD line, and no delta-8 line. The customer name on the sheet is Unlimited Gummies, not Diamond CBD. The female pouch price meta was $10. The page title says 250 mg. The certificate says 500 mg per two gummies, which is 250 mg per gummy if the two are equal. That 250 mg is the herbal blend on this sheet, not a cannabinoid.

This guide will not assign each herb a sexual-health benefit. Yohimbe and caffeine are pharmacologically active. People who take blood pressure medicine, antidepressants, or stimulants should ask a pharmacist or clinician before using a blend that lists them. That is a safety caution, not a finding that the gummy does or does not work. The Minnesota sex-gummies article makes the same point about ginseng and prescription drugs.

The male jar is a different label

The 250 mg male herbal jar says 30 gummies, 250 mg per gummy, 7,500 mg total, price meta $45. The ingredient paragraph lists sugar, tapioca syrup, corn syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavors, fruit and vegetable extract for color, and a proprietary male formula blend. It does not name maca, yohimbe, or caffeine in that paragraph. The page says each gummy contains 250 mg of a performance blend "crafted to support stamina, blood flow, and confidence." That is advertising. The certificate image linked from the male pages was not a cannabinoid panel this guide is willing to treat as one. The female sheet above is the ingredient list that actually names plants.

A two-piece male raspberry pouch was also on the collection, price meta $10, with the same style of 250 mg title. It is a pouch format of the male product, not a second formula this guide chemically distinguished.

What the evidence does not support

There is no human trial cited on these product pages for the finished gummy. A list of traditional botanicals is not a result. The seller's comments are not a result. This page does not say the gummies improve sex, fertility, or blood flow. If a page implies a disease treatment, that kind of claim is the subject of the 2019 FDA letter to Diamond CBD's parent, covered in the legit article. These Better Sex pages use wellness and confidence language. This guide leaves it as marketing.

The Minnesota sex gummies roundup is about labeled THC milligrams on in-state products, including a Pure Love example with 2 mg delta-9 and named amino acids. Do not mix that label with this herbal certificate. They are not the same gummy.

THC, drug tests, and December 11

Because the female certificate has no cannabinoid panel, this guide cannot say the pouch is THC-free. It can say the posted sheet does not report THC. Those are different sentences. A later batch could differ. The brand page mentions delta-8 chocolate in the same brand. This gummy article does not review that chocolate. If a Better Sex product is a THC edible, the federal container rule still applies.

December 11, 2026 is when final hemp products over 0.4 mg combined total per container of total THC, including THCA, plus similar-effect cannabinoids, fall outside the federal hemp definition. An herbal gummy with no THC reported is not, on this sheet, a 0.4 mg THC container. A chocolate the brand describes as delta-8 would be. The federal hemp guide is that date. November 12, 2026 is the separate date for cannabinoids the plant cannot produce. An herbal blend is not that clause.

Drug tests follow whatever is actually in the piece. Use the how long THC stays in your system page if the product you are holding lists THC. Do not use it as a clearance for a bottle this certificate did not test for cannabinoids.

Minnesota

Section 342.01, subdivision 50, and section 342.62, read October 29, 2026, limit delta-9 THC in lower-potency hemp edibles: 5 mg per non-beverage serving, 50 mg in a multi-serving non-beverage package, 10 mg in a single-serving beverage. Those caps apply when the product is a hemp edible with delta-9 in it. They do not regulate yohimbe. They also do not make a proprietary blend a licensed cannabis product. If you want a cannabis edible from a Minnesota dispensary, use the dispensary directory and the sex-gummies roundup. The general legal answer is /legal.

The state's 15% cannabis excise tax is for the licensed cannabis channel, explained in the tax breakdown. A mail-order herbal gummy is not automatically that tax.

The male page's 7,500 mg figure

Seven thousand five hundred milligrams sounds like a cannabinoid jar. On this product it is 30 times 250 mg of the proprietary blend, which is what the page says. It is not 7,500 mg of CBD or THC. The female certificate's 500 mg per two gummies is the same kind of number: blend weight, not a THC potency. Readers coming from dispensary edibles, where 5 mg means delta-9, will misread both labels if the word milligram is doing all the work. The Minnesota sex gummies guide uses milligrams for delta-9 and for named add-ins such as arginine. Keep the units attached to the ingredient.

The female microbiology lines are a real quality check for bacteria and mold on that lot, with an expiration date of May 15, 2027 from a May 15, 2025 manufacture date. They say nothing about yohimbe dose per gummy. The blend is 500 mg for the whole list, not 500 mg of yohimbe. Someone who needs a yohimbe milligram will not find it on this sheet. That is a reason to skip the product if the herb, not the brand, is the point.

Diamond CBD's FDA disclosure footer, read the same day, says statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The Better Sex marketing about confidence and stamina sits under that footer whether or not the page repeats it. The 2019 warning letter is the history of what happened when disease claims were more explicit. This page does not need to repeat those claims to tell you not to treat a gummy as medicine.

If you are considering a jar

Read the ingredient block on the exact SKU. The female certificate names the herbs and the caffeine. The male jar, in the paragraph this guide read, does not. Ask a clinician about yohimbe, caffeine, and anything else you already take. If you wanted a Minnesota cannabis product with a disclosed THC milligram, this certificate is the wrong document. It is a useful document for what it is: a sensory and micro sheet for an herbal blend, customer name Unlimited Gummies, dated May 15, 2025.

FAQ

What does the female Better Sex certificate list?

A 500 mg proprietary blend per two gummies, naming maca, horny goat weed, panax ginseng, tribulus, ginkgo, damiana, dandelion, caffeine, guarana, yohimbe, and citrulline. Lot 1112260. Manufacture date May 15, 2025. No cannabinoid result.

Do these gummies contain THC?

The female sheet does not report THC. That is not the same as a cannabinoid test showing not detected. The male ingredient line says a proprietary blend and does not say THC either. The brand page also sells delta-8 chocolate, which this gummy review does not cover.

Are they lab tested?

The female pouch posts an EVI Labs sheet for appearance, taste, and microbiology, plus the blend amount. It is not an Express Test Labs cannabinoid potency certificate of the kind on Diamond's THC gummies. Know which lab file you are looking at.

Is there a female version?

Yes. The collection includes a female strawberry pouch and a female sensual gummy page, separate from the male herbal jar and the male raspberry pouch. The certificate transcribed here is the female one.

Can you take them with medication?

This guide cannot clear a combination. The female blend lists caffeine, yohimbe, and ginseng. Those are reasons to ask a pharmacist or clinician first, especially with blood pressure drugs, stimulants, or antidepressants. The sheet is not a drug-interaction study.
