Five Diamond CBD THCV gummies compared by the milligrams on the product page and, where a certificate was posted, the THCV line on that sheet.
In short: On October 29, 2026, Diamond CBD's THCV gummies collection listed nine products. This guide opened five of them. The cleanest THCV-only potency sheet is the Chill Extreme 10 mg blueberry gummy: Express Test Labs reported 9.095 mg THCV per unit and did not detect delta-9 THC. The most THCV per jar, on a certificate, is the Canna Slim strawberry gummy at 15.37 mg THCV per unit. A human pilot study of THCV in type 2 diabetes reported a fasting-glucose change. Its abstract does not report that people lost weight.
Nothing here was purchased or tasted. Links to product pages go through the Hub's click log. Background on the cannabinoid family is in cannabinoids explained. The company records are in is Diamond CBD legit.

Which jar fits
| If this is true | Start with |
|---|---|
| You want a sheet where the other major THC lines were not detected | Chill Extreme 10 mg blueberry |
| You want the most THCV per unit on a certificate this guide actually opened | Canna Slim strawberry, 15.37 mg THCV per unit |
| You want to avoid delta-9 THC on the certificate | The 10 mg sheet and both Canna Slim sheets listed delta-9 THC as not detected |
| You are in Minnesota and need a hemp edible inside 5 mg delta-9 per serving | A not-detected delta-9 line is not the same as a Minnesota license. Read the statute section below |
How the five were checked
The Hub opened the THCV collection and these product pages on October 29, 2026: Chill Extreme 10 mg blueberry, Canna Slim 25 mg full spectrum, Canna Slim 35 mg strawberry, Fresh 15 mg blueberry, and the 7 mg Wake nano gummy. Price figures are the product price meta tag on each page (product:price:amount), not a cart total. Where the page also printed a percent-off line, that is noted separately. Certificates are the images embedded on the product page. Safety icons on those Express Test Labs sheets say mycotoxins, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials were not tested. The named test is potency.
Compare
| Product | THCV on the page | THCV on the COA | Delta-9 on the COA | Price meta | COA date | After Dec. 11 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chill Extreme 10 mg blueberry | 10 mg per gummy, 30 gummies, 300 mg total | 9.095 mg per unit | Not detected | $65 | Jan. 7, 2026 | Depends on the similar-effects list and how it was made |
| Canna Slim strawberry | 15 mg THCV, 15 mg full spectrum CBD, 5 mg CBDV | 15.37 mg THCV per unit | Not detected | $63 | March 6, 2025 | Same caveat. CBD on that sheet was 8.509 mg, not 15 |
| Canna Slim 25 mg | 2 mg THCV, 20 mg full spectrum CBD, 3 mg CBDV | 2.52 mg THCV per unit | Not detected | $55 | March 11, 2025 | Same caveat. CBD on that sheet was 10.68 mg, not 20 |
| Fresh 15 mg blueberry | 15 mg per gummy, 30 gummies, 450 mg total | No certificate image in the HTML | Not opened | $75 | None found on the page | Do not treat the title as a lab result |
| Wake nano, morning fruits | 5 mg delta-9 and 2 mg THCV per gummy | No certificate image in the HTML | Not opened | $43 | None found on the page | The page itself lists delta-9 |
Price per milligram of THCV, using the price meta and the certificate, for the three sheets that were opened: strawberry Canna Slim is $63 divided by 30 times 15.37 mg, about $0.14 per mg of THCV. Chill Extreme 10 mg is $65 divided by 30 times 9.095 mg, about $0.24 per mg. The 25 mg Canna Slim jar is $55 divided by 30 times 2.52 mg, about $0.73 per mg. Those are list-meta prices. The collection page also showed sale figures the same day, including $38.99 beside the 10 mg gummy. A sale price changes the math. Check the cart.
One certificate line
The Chill Extreme sheet, sample ID "10mg THCV," analysis date January 7, 2026, lists THCV at 22.185 mg/g, 9.095 mg per unit, and 0.02%. Delta-9 THC, delta-8 THC, CBD, CBDV, and THCP lines on that sheet are not detected. Total cannabinoids are 0.02%, 9.10 mg per unit. The page says 10 mg per gummy. The unit result is close to the title and is not exact. Source: the certificate image on the 10 mg product page, read October 29, 2026.
What the research page actually says
Jadoon and colleagues published a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled pilot in Diabetes Care. PubMed 27573936, read October 29, 2026, says 62 people with non-insulin-treated type 2 diabetes were randomized for 13 weeks. One arm was THCV 5 mg twice daily. The primary endpoint was HDL cholesterol. The abstract says THCV, compared with placebo, decreased fasting plasma glucose and that the authors' conclusion was about glycemic control in type 2 diabetes. Appetite and body weight are named as endpoints in the methods. The results paragraph on the abstract does not report an appetite or weight-loss finding.
That is not a gummy study, and it is not a license to print "weight loss" on a jar. The Canna Slim brand page, read the same day, says THCV is known as an efficient weight loss agent because it increases satiety and decreases appetite. That sentence is the seller's marketing. It is not the conclusion of the abstract above.
A separate product page, the Fresh 15 mg gummy, includes a customer quote that THCV did not personally curb that reviewer's appetite. A single review is not a study. It is evidence that the seller's own page is not a chorus of appetite claims.
Federal dates, stated from the statute
Public Law 119-37 amended 7 U.S.C. 1639o effective 365 days after enactment. The law was approved November 12, 2025, so that date is November 12, 2026. Section 2019 of enrolled H.R. 6500, which became Public Law 119-103 on September 2, 2026, says that until December 11, 2026 the amendments apply only to products containing cannabinoids that are not capable of being naturally produced by Cannabis sativa L. THCV is a phytocannabinoid. The November 12 exclusion, on its face, is about cannabinoids the plant cannot make. It is not a sentence that names THCV.
December 11, 2026 is when the rest of the amendment applies, including cannabinoids that can occur in the plant but were synthesized or manufactured outside it, and final products over 0.4 mg combined total per container of total THC (including THCA) plus other cannabinoids with similar effects, as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. A 30-count jar with more than 200 mg of THCV is far above 0.4 mg if THCV is counted in that combined total. This guide does not have an HHS list that places THCV on or off the similar-effects list. Congressional Research Service In Focus IF13136, updated September 28, 2026, said FDA had not published the cannabinoid lists the statute required. The federal hemp changes guide follows the Office of Cannabis Management's December 11 description of the 0.4 mg line.
Minnesota's milligrams
Minnesota Statutes section 342.01, subdivision 50, read on the Revisor site October 29, 2026, caps a non-beverage lower-potency hemp edible serving at 5 mg of delta-9 THC and a single beverage container at 10 mg of delta-9 THC. Section 342.62, subdivision 2(f), caps a multi-serving non-beverage package at 50 mg of delta-9 THC. The three certificates above list delta-9 THC as not detected. That is a lab line for one sample. It is not a Minnesota retail license, and it is not a finding that every cannabinoid on the jar is legal to sell in the state. The Wake nano page lists 5 mg of delta-9 per gummy. Thirty gummies at 5 mg would be 150 mg of delta-9 in the jar, above the 50 mg package line, if that page's number is what the jar contains. No certificate was in the HTML to check it.
Licensed cannabis in Minnesota is a different counter. The legal status page is the general Minnesota page. Rare cannabinoids that are not THCV are covered in what is THCP.
What to buy if the sheet is the point
If you want no delta-9 THC on the certificate, use a product whose opened sheet says not detected, and still read the next lot. If you want the most THCV per dollar at the list price meta, the strawberry Canna Slim certificate is the best of the three sheets, and its CBD line does not match the 15 mg full spectrum figure on the page. If you want a THCV result with the other THC lines not detected, the 10 mg Chill Extreme sheet is the one that did that, at a higher price per milligram.
After Dec 11, 2026
The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management says a federal hemp definition change takes effect December 11, 2026, unless other federal action occurs. OCM describes that change as effectively banning hemp products that contain more than 0.4 mg of THC per package. Minnesota's lower-potency hemp edible rules do not change that day. FAQ
Did the diabetes pilot show that THCV gummies suppress appetite?
The PubMed abstract for the 13-week pilot lists appetite as an endpoint and does not report an appetite result in the results paragraph. The conclusion is about glycemic control in type 2 diabetes, at a 5 mg twice-daily THCV dose, not about a retail gummy.
Will the Chill Extreme 10 mg gummy get you high, according to its certificate?
The January 7, 2026 sheet lists delta-9 THC, delta-8 THC, and THCP as not detected, and THCV at 9.095 mg per unit. This guide does not convert that into an effect. The seller's page describes the gummy as focus and clarity. That is marketing copy.
How much THCV is in one Canna Slim strawberry gummy on the certificate?
15.37 mg per unit, on the Express Test Labs sheet with analysis date March 6, 2025. The product page says 15 mg. CBD on the same sheet is 8.509 mg per unit, while the page says 15 mg of full spectrum CBD.
Is a THCV gummy inside the federal hemp definition after December 11, 2026?
Only if it survives the clauses that take effect that day. A jar with hundreds of milligrams of THCV is above 0.4 mg per container if those milligrams count. Whether THCV counts depends on the similar-effects determination and on whether the THCV was manufactured outside the plant. This page does not have that determination.
Does the Wake nano gummy show up differently because it lists delta-9?
The product page lists 5 mg delta-9 and 2 mg THCV per gummy. This guide did not find a certificate image in that page's HTML on October 29, 2026. A product that lists delta-9 is not in the same column as a sheet that says delta-9 was not detected. Drug-test questions belong on the CBD drug test guide.
