THC-Free Gummies for Sleep: Labels, Not Promises

Sleep gummies checked October 29, 2026: Chill lists 25 mg CBD and 5 mg melatonin, Rest lists 3 mg melatonin and no CBD in the summary.
In short: On October 29, 2026, Chill's 30 mg sleep gummies page said each blackberry gummy is a 30 mg blend of 25 mg broad spectrum CBD and 5 mg melatonin, 30 gummies, 900 mg total. Structured prices were $35.99 and $59.98. Rest's blackberry gummies are a different product: the description says 3 mg of melatonin per gummy in a 30-count jar, at $11.99 and $29.98, and that summary does not list CBD. This page did not take either gummy.
Adults 21 and older. Diamond CBD is a separate online retailer, not a Minnesota dispensary. The earlier label comparison is CBD melatonin gummies. CBN tablets are on best CBN gummies for sleep. Neither of those pages is a prescription.
We have not personally tested these products and do not stand behind their quality, safety, or effects. Manufacturer labels and seller-posted lab reports are different kinds of evidence; neither is our independent testing. This is national product coverage. A link is not confirmation that a product is legal or available in Minnesota or any other state. Check the rules and shipping restrictions for your location.
What the Chill page actually splits out
The product URL is 30 mg sleep gummies, blackberry, Chill.
The body text checked that day says each gummy delivers a 30 mg blend: 25 mg CBD and 5 mg melatonin. Thirty gummies at 30 mg is 900 mg, which matches the "900 mg total" in the description. Twenty-five times 30 is 750 mg of CBD in the jar if every piece matches that sentence. Five times 30 is 150 mg of melatonin in the jar. Those totals are arithmetic from the page. They are not a suggestion to take more than one piece.
The title says broad spectrum, not isolate. Broad spectrum is the seller's type name. It is often used for hemp extract with THC reduced in processing. It is not, by itself, a certificate that says THC was not detected. This page did not open the lab file for this jar on October 29, 2026. The drug-test guide is where that limit is explained. The same jar is the product linked from the Hub's THC vape guide, as a seller-labeled alternative; its THC content has not been independently verified here. The vape guide is THC vapes in Minnesota.
Structured prices were $35.99 and $59.98. The page can change either number. There is no coupon code in this sentence.
Rest is melatonin without a CBD line in the summary
3 mg melatonin gummies, blackberry, Rest described 3 mg per gummy and a 30-count jar. Prices were $11.99 and $29.98. The description that was read does not list CBD or CBN. A melatonin gummy is not a CBD gummy. Shoppers who only read the word "sleep" in a menu will mix them up.
Three milligrams times 30 pieces is 90 mg of melatonin in the jar if the label holds. That is a jar total, not a serving. The serving on the description is one gummy, 3 mg.
Fresh also sells a page titled 30 mg broad spectrum CBD and melatonin gummies. On October 29, 2026 that page listed $35.99 and $59.98. The summary confirmed broad spectrum CBD and melatonin. It did not show the 25 mg / 5 mg split in the text this guide captured, so this page will not copy Chill's split onto the Fresh jar. Open the Fresh page and read its own milligrams.
The category index for CBN and sleep-positioned gummies, CBN gummies, returned HTTP 200 the same day. CBD isolate gummies is the THC-free-titled gummy category if you do not want melatonin.
Compare
| Product | What the page listed on October 29, 2026 | Prices |
|---|---|---|
| Chill 30 mg sleep gummies | 25 mg broad spectrum CBD and 5 mg melatonin per gummy, 30 count, 900 mg total | $35.99 and $59.98 |
| Fresh 30 mg CBD and melatonin gummies | Title says 30 mg broad spectrum CBD and melatonin. Per-piece split not in the summary captured here | $35.99 and $59.98 |
| Rest 3 mg melatonin gummies | 3 mg melatonin per gummy, 30 count. Summary did not list CBD | $11.99 and $29.98 |
This order is not a quality ranking and not a payout ranking. It is three pages that use the word sleep or melatonin. A full spectrum jar with a higher milligram title was in the same feed and is left out on purpose: full spectrum products are the ones more likely to carry THC, and this page is for shoppers trying to avoid THC. None of the three products in this comparison has a batch-matched lab report verified here, so none is confirmed THC-free.
What a sleep gummy is not
The FDA has not approved CBD gummies for sleep. The consumer update says CBD used with alcohol or with other drugs that slow brain activity, including medicines used for sleep, raises the risk of sedation and drowsiness. Source: FDA consumer update. Melatonin is a separate ingredient with its own dose. Five milligrams in the Chill piece is the page's number, not a Hub recommendation to take 5 mg.
This page found no independent onset time for these three products. It will not invent "30 minutes." If the seller prints a timing instruction, that sentence belongs to the seller. Read it on the jar.
Do not drive after a product the label says can cause drowsiness. Do not treat a gummy as a reason to skip a clinician if sleep is a medical problem. The Minnesota legal page is about possession and retail rules, not about sleep disorders.
Minnesota's 5 mg line is delta-9, not melatonin
Section 342.01, subdivision 50, caps a non-beverage lower-potency hemp edible at 5 mg of delta-9 THC per serving and a beverage at 10 mg of delta-9 THC per container. Five milligrams of melatonin is not five milligrams of delta-9. The Chill page's 5 mg figure is melatonin, next to 25 mg of CBD. The Rest page's 3 mg figure is melatonin and, in the summary checked, not THC.
The Office of Cannabis Management says that on December 11, 2026, unless other federal action occurs, hemp products over 0.4 mg of THC per package fall outside the federal hemp definition, and that Minnesota's hemp edible statute does not change that day. Source: OCM federal hemp changes and the December 11 guide. A broad spectrum gummy can still contain detectable THC. "THC-free" in this article's title is the shopping intent, not a lab result this page printed for these jars. Read the certificate.
Licensed dispensary edibles are a different product. Many of them are THC on purpose. The THC gummies guide is that aisle. This page compares labels for people trying to avoid THC; it does not establish that these gummies contain none.
After Dec 11, 2026
Intoxicating hemp, including many delta-8 gummies, THCA flower, and high-dose THC drinks, is the catalog most exposed to the December 11 definition. CBD, CBN, and melatonin category links are included for comparison. Those ingredient names do not establish future federal compliance, state eligibility, or continued availability.
Use category pages rather than a single flavor: CBN gummies, CBD isolate gummies, and CBD oils. Oils without melatonin are on THC-free CBD oil. Pet CBD is a different shopper: best CBD dog treats.
FAQ
How much melatonin is in the Chill sleep gummy?
The page read on October 29, 2026 says 5 mg of melatonin and 25 mg of broad spectrum CBD in each gummy, in a 30-count jar. The title's 30 mg is the blend, not 30 mg of melatonin.
Do the Rest gummies contain CBD?
The summary checked that day says 3 mg of melatonin per gummy and does not list CBD. Do not assume a sleep gummy is a CBD gummy.
Are these gummies a sleep treatment?
No. The FDA has not approved CBD gummies for sleep. Melatonin is an ingredient on the label. It is not a diagnosis.
Will broad spectrum CBD show up on a drug test?
It can. Broad spectrum is not the same sentence as "THC not detected" on a certificate for your lot. Use the drug-test guide and read the lab file.
What happens to these gummies on December 11, 2026?
OCM says products over 0.4 mg of THC per package fall outside the federal hemp definition that day, and that Minnesota's hemp edible rules do not change the same day. A melatonin-and-CBD gummy is not automatically cleared. The certificate's THC line is the number that matters.

For adults 21 and older. Not medical advice. These gummies are not a treatment for insomnia. CBD with other sedating drugs can add to drowsiness. Product pages were read on October 29, 2026.
