THC-Free CBD Oil: Fresh Isolate Labels Compared

Fresh CBD isolate oil pages checked October 29, 2026: milligrams per drop, the two listed prices, and what a seller's THC-free line does not prove.
In short: On October 29, 2026, Diamond CBD's Fresh 2,500 mg CBD isolate oil page listed 4.17 mg per drop, 600 drops, and 30 ml, with structured prices of $104.98 and $139.98. The 1,000 mg page listed 1.67 mg per drop, the same 600 drops and 30 ml, at $67.48 and $89.98. Both seller descriptions call the oil THC-free. This page did not open a certificate for either bottle, and it did not place an order.
Adults 21 and older only. Diamond CBD is a separate online retailer, not a Minnesota dispensary. The Diamond CBD records check is the place for the 2019 FDA letter and the BBB profile. Drug-test questions belong on can CBD make you fail a drug test.
We have not personally tested these products and do not stand behind their quality, safety, or effects. Manufacturer labels and seller-posted lab reports are different kinds of evidence; neither is our independent testing. This is national product coverage. A link is not confirmation that a product is legal or available in Minnesota or any other state. Check the rules and shipping restrictions for your location.
What was opened
Two product pages, both HTTP 200 on October 29, 2026:
The category index behind them, CBD oils, also returned 200 that day. A single bottle URL can be retired. The category page is the link that still has a job if one SKU disappears.
The pages' own key-facts blocks are the numbers below. The seller's marketing sentences ("calm," "recovery," "balance") are identified as seller copy. They are not findings.
Compare the two Fresh isolate bottles
| Page | Key facts on October 29, 2026 | Structured prices | Seller's THC line |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2,500 mg Fresh isolate oil | 2,500 mg total, 4.17 mg per drop, 600 drops, 30 ml | $104.98 and $139.98 | Description says THC-free |
| 1,000 mg Fresh isolate oil | 1,000 mg total, 1.67 mg per drop, 600 drops, 30 ml | $67.48 and $89.98 | Description says THC-free |
Row order is strength, not a quality ranking. Nothing But Canna and cbdMD are separate catalogs. The cbdMD review covers that brand. This table is only the two Fresh pages that were open.
The two prices are what the page's structured data listed. This guide does not label the lower figure a coupon. FlexOffers' October 28, 2026 promotion list includes a Diamond link titled "New Customers Get 50% OFF Limited Time," and that promotion has no coupon code. Confirm any discount at checkout.
The drop math is label arithmetic
Divide the total CBD by the drop count the page prints.
2,500 divided by 600 is about 4.166, which the page rounds to 4.17 mg per drop. 1,000 divided by 600 is about 1.666, which the page rounds to 1.67 mg per drop. The arithmetic matches the key-facts line. It is not a dosing instruction. It tells you the page is using the same total and the same 600 drops.
Both bottles say 30.00 ml and 600 drops. The difference on the label is the milligrams in the bottle, not the number of drops. A shopper who compares "per bottle" prices without dividing will think the 2,500 mg bottle is simply more expensive. Per milligram of labeled CBD, $104.98 divided by 2,500 is about 4.2 cents, and $67.48 divided by 1,000 is about 6.7 cents, using the lower structured price on each page. Using the higher price, $139.98 / 2,500 is about 5.6 cents and $89.98 / 1,000 is about 9.0 cents. Those are checkout-label calculations. They move when the price moves.
What "THC-free" on the description does not prove
The meta description on the 2,500 mg page says "pure, THC-free support." The 1,000 mg description uses the same THC-free phrase. A description is the seller's sentence. A certificate of analysis is a lab file tied to a lot. This page did not download a certificate for either oil on October 29, 2026. The legit check already found Diamond potency sheets that do not match the milligrams in some product titles, on other products. That finding is why an isolate oil still needs its own sheet.
"Not detected" on a future certificate would mean the lab did not measure THC above its detection limit for that sample. It would not mean the next lot is the same, and it would not mean a drug test will be negative. The drug-test guide is the longer page for that distinction. Isolate is cannabidiol with other plant compounds removed in manufacturing, which is why shoppers looking for no detectable THC start there. Full spectrum oils can carry THC. This page does not link a full spectrum oil.
After Dec 11, 2026
The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management says a federal hemp definition change takes effect December 11, 2026, unless other federal action occurs. OCM describes that change as effectively banning hemp products that contain more than 0.4 mg of THC per package. Minnesota's lower-potency hemp edible rules do not change that day. Source: OCM's federal hemp changes page and the Hub's December 11 guide.
An isolate bottle whose seller says "THC-free" is the kind of product people will look at when intoxicating hemp leaves the catalog. The 0.4 mg line is still a lab question. This page cannot say either Fresh bottle is under 0.4 mg, because it did not read a THC result. If you want the category rather than one bottle, use CBD oils or CBD isolate gummies.
Minnesota's milligram lines are for delta-9 edibles
Minnesota Statutes section 342.01, subdivision 50, as discussed on the Hub's legal page and read against the Revisor text in the federal hemp guide, caps a non-beverage lower-potency hemp edible serving at 5 mg of delta-9 THC and a single beverage container at 10 mg of delta-9 THC. Those numbers are delta-9 THC, not CBD. A 2,500 mg CBD bottle is not a 2,500 mg THC edible. Mixing the units is how a CBD oil gets described as if it were a dispensary gummy.
Diamond CBD does not become a Minnesota dispensary because a bottle can be shipped. Licensed stores are in the dispensary directory. The best Diamond CBD products page separates products with seller-posted potency reports from products described only by labels. Softgels and tablets that are not oils are on CBD softgels.
What this page will not say
It will not say the oil treats, cures, or relieves a condition. The seller's pages use wellness language. The FDA's consumer update on cannabis-derived products says the agency has approved only a limited set of cannabis-related medicines and warns about products that are not those medicines. Source: FDA consumer update, the same page the Hub cited on October 20, 2026 for melatonin combinations.
It will not say the oil is safe to combine with other drugs. The same FDA update says CBD used with alcohol or with drugs that slow brain activity can raise the risk of sedation. Ask a clinician or pharmacist.
It will not invent a coupon. HALLOW26 appeared in Diamond's site data on October 29, 2026 as cart promo 8919, with the text "Earn 20% extra rewards points on your Halloween purchase" and the path /shop-all?coupon=HALLOW26. That is a rewards-points promo on the seller's site. It is not a FlexOffers code, and it is not printed here as the price of these oils.
FAQ
Is Fresh CBD isolate oil THC-free?
The product descriptions say THC-free. This page did not open a certificate for the 1,000 mg or 2,500 mg bottle on October 29, 2026. Read the lab file for the lot you would actually receive before you treat the description as a test result.
How many milligrams are in one drop?
The 2,500 mg page says 4.17 mg per drop and 600 drops. The 1,000 mg page says 1.67 mg per drop and 600 drops. Both say 30 ml. That is the label. It is not a dose.
Which bottle is the better price per milligram?
Using the lower structured price on October 29, 2026, $104.98 for 2,500 mg is about 4.2 cents per labeled milligram, and $67.48 for 1,000 mg is about 6.7 cents. The higher listed prices are $139.98 and $89.98. Prices change at checkout.
Will this oil fail a drug test?
This page cannot answer that. Isolate is the type shoppers choose when they want no detectable THC, and a description that says THC-free is not a drug-test clearance. Use can CBD make you fail a drug test.
Does December 11, 2026 ban CBD isolate oil?
OCM says the federal change effectively bans hemp products over 0.4 mg of THC per package. It does not say every CBD product disappears, and Minnesota's hemp edible statute does not change that day. Whether a given bottle is over 0.4 mg of THC is a certificate question. This page does not have that result for these two oils.
