Eight Diamond CBD products sorted by what the page and the certificate show, including where the title and the lab line disagree.

In short: "Best" here means the public record was readable: a product page that loaded on October 29, 2026, and a certificate where one was posted. It does not mean a Hub shopper tried the product. The broad spectrum gummy sheet reports delta-9 THC not detected. The mango seltzer's reported delta-9 amount is close to its high-dose title, but it exceeds Minnesota's hemp beverage cap. The Chill Extreme THCV sheet reports THCV with the other listed THC lines not detected. These are observations about seller-posted reports, not purchase recommendations. Several titles overshoot the certificate.

Trust and the 2019 FDA letter are in is Diamond CBD legit. Drinks are in 100 mg THC drinks. THCV math is in THCV gummies.

We have not personally tested these products and do not stand behind their quality, safety, or effects. Manufacturer labels and seller-posted lab reports are different kinds of evidence; neither is our independent testing. This is national product coverage. A link is not confirmation that a product is legal or available in Minnesota or any other state. Check the rules and shipping restrictions for your location.

How the records were compared

Four checks, in order. Did the product page load on October 29, 2026? Did a certificate image load, and did this guide read it? Do the title and the potency line agree? What do the November 12 and December 11 federal clauses do to that container? Price is the product price meta tag. Express Test Labs sheets cited here are potency tests. Pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, and mycotoxins are marked not tested. Trustpilot, opened the same day, showed 4.0 from 197 reviews. That score is not a tie-breaker in the table. The company records explain why.

Row order is by the question the product answers, not by payout. Linked national listings remain here even when they are unavailable to Minnesota shoppers.

One certificate, the broad spectrum gummy

The broad spectrum sheet, sample "BS 25mg," analysis date January 14, 2026, lists CBD at 17.33 mg per unit, not 25. Delta-9 THC, delta-8, and THCA are not detected. CBN is 3.396 mg per unit. CBC is 9.999 mg per unit. Total cannabinoids are 25.73 mg per unit, which is near the "25 mg" title if the title means all cannabinoids, and not near it if the title means CBD. The page says 25 mg per gummy and 750 mg in a 30-count jar. Thirty times 17.33 mg of CBD is about 520 mg of CBD, not 750. Source: the certificate on the broad spectrum gummy page.

Not detected is a limit-of-detection result for that sample. It is not a promise of zero THC in the next jar, and the CBN and CBC lines show the gummy is not "only CBD."

What December 11 does to the table

Section 2019 of Public Law 119-103 delays most of the new hemp definition until December 11, 2026. November 12, 2026 keeps the exclusion for cannabinoids the plant cannot produce. December 11 adds outside-the-plant manufacture and the rule that a final product over 0.4 mg combined total per container of total THC, including THCA, plus similar-effect cannabinoids, is not hemp.

The 5 mg seltzer, the mango can, the vape, the flower, and the Fantasy gummy are over 0.4 mg on the numbers already quoted. The broad spectrum gummy's delta-9 line is not detected. If CBN or CBC is later treated as similar-effect, the jar's milligrams would count. This guide does not have that list. CRS In Focus IF13136 said the FDA lists were unpublished as of September 28, 2026. Details are in the federal hemp changes guide.

Minnesota, in one paragraph

Section 342.62, subdivision 2(g), read October 29, 2026, caps a single-serving lower-potency hemp beverage at 10 mg of delta-9 THC. The 5.176 mg can is under that cap and over the federal 0.4 mg line. The 199.8 mg can is over both. Section 342.01, subdivision 50, caps non-beverage servings at 5 mg delta-9. The Fantasy gummy is labeled for quarter-piece servings, so its per-unit delta-9 figure alone does not establish a per-serving violation. Its delta-8/THCP blend is not eligible as a Minnesota lower-potency hemp edible under section 342.01, subdivision 50(b)(1)(ii): a quarter of the reported delta-8 amount alone exceeds the combined 0.5 mg per-serving limit for other cannabinoids. The footer says THCA products are not shipped to Minnesota. Flower and the THCA vape are in that footer list. The dispensary directory is the licensed in-state path. Pet CBD is not a human dose. The MediPets guides on this site, including flavors, are the pet pages. The brand page says the pet products are THC-free. This article did not open a new pet certificate, so it does not grade one.

The mushroom nickname problem, including the Diamond Shruumz recall, is in the Shroomies review. Diamond Shruumz is not a Diamond CBD product and is not on this list.

What the list leaves out on purpose

Coupon codes are not in this table. Codes change, and this project is not a discount page. Kratom and kava are sold in the site's navigation and are not reviewed here. Sleep products built around L-THP already have guides elsewhere on the Hub only where a page exists. This article does not link a sleep guide that is not in the sitemap. The pet row points at the MediPets flavor guide that does exist, and it refuses to invent a new certificate.

Trustpilot's 4.0 from 197 reviews and the BBB's B rating with 19 complaints are company-level facts, repeated so a "best products" page is not read as a best-company award. The 2019 FDA letter is still the regulator record. A broad spectrum gummy with delta-9 not detected does not erase that letter. It is one SKU with one potency sheet dated January 14, 2026.

Price meta tags are list figures. Several collection pages showed percent-off banners the same day, including 40% off language on THCV items. A banner changes the cart. It does not change the certificate. If you compare price per milligram, label which price you used. This table uses the product meta tag so the column is one kind of number.

A result below one Minnesota delta-9 cap does not establish product eligibility, retailer licensing, shipping availability, or safety. Minnesota eligibility for the 5 mg seltzer and broad spectrum gummy has not been verified here. The mango, the flower, the THCA vape, and the Fantasy gummy are documented so the high-dose catalog is not hidden. Documented is not recommended for a Minnesota hemp cart. The dispensary directory is the licensed alternative when the milligrams do not fit section 342.62.

What to take off the table

The broad spectrum gummy's CBN and CBC lines remain relevant to any future compliance assessment; delta-9 not detected does not establish that the product is THC-free. The mango report documents a high dose, not eligibility for a Minnesota hemp cart. Check the report date and lot match before drawing conclusions. Prices move. The meta tags are what the pages exposed on October 29, 2026, not a locked coupon. This page does not list coupon codes.

After Dec 11, 2026

The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management says a federal hemp definition change takes effect December 11, 2026, unless other federal action occurs. OCM describes that change as effectively banning hemp products that contain more than 0.4 mg of THC per package. Minnesota's lower-potency hemp edible rules do not change that day. Source: OCM's federal hemp changes page and the Hub's December 11 hemp guide.

Single product URLs go stale when an item is pulled. These category pages returned HTTP 200 on October 29, 2026. The aisle that matches this article is CBD isolate gummies. Other category pages to compare, with future compliance and availability unverified, are CBD isolate gummies, CBD oils, pet CBD, and CBN gummies. Hub guides for those aisles: THC-free CBD oil, CBD dog treats, and THC-free sleep gummies.

FAQ

What is Diamond CBD's best seller?

This guide does not have Diamond's sales rank. The THCA collection and the delta-8 collection print recent review snippets. A review snippet is not a unit count. The table compares readable seller records, including the pet row for which no new certificate was reviewed.

Which of these had no delta-9 THC on the certificate?

The broad spectrum gummy (January 14, 2026) and the 10 mg THCV gummy (January 7, 2026) both list delta-9 THC as not detected. The THCV sheet also lists delta-8 and THCP as not detected. The broad spectrum sheet still reports CBD, CBN, and CBC.

Are Diamond CBD gummies lab tested?

The gummies in this table have Express Test Labs potency sheets. Those sheets mark the safety panels as not tested. Potency is the test that was done. Match the sample name to the jar. Several sample names match the result better than the product title does.

Which reported products exceed the December 11 container threshold?

Any container over 0.4 mg combined total of the cannabinoids that count. The quoted seltzers, the vape, the flower, and the Fantasy gummy are over 0.4 mg on delta-9 or THCA alone. The broad spectrum gummy needs the similar-effects list before anyone can call the CBN and CBC lines in or out.

Does Diamond CBD ship every product to Minnesota?

The footer read October 29, 2026 says THCA products are not shipped to Minnesota and seven other states. This guide did not complete a checkout for the other categories. The where-we-ship page tells buyers to check state law and still describes hemp with the older delta-9 0.3% sentence.
