Diamond CBD's Shroomies brand page lists no gummy in the HTML. The live mushroom gummy certificate shows delta-8, delta-9, and THCP, not psilocybin.

In short: "Shroomies" on diamondcbd.com is a brand page spelled Shrooomies in the page body. On October 29, 2026 that page did not include a product card in the HTML, and the /shroomies path redirected to the shop-all page. The mushroom gummy this guide could open, with a certificate, is Fantasy brand Bohemian Berry, sold on the same site: a delta-8, delta-9, and THCP blend plus culinary mushroom extracts. The certificate reports no psilocybin and no muscimol. It is not Diamond Shruumz. Diamond Shruumz was a Prophet Premium Blends product recalled in 2024 after an FDA illness investigation.

Minnesota mushroom law, which is about psilocybin, is are mushrooms legal in Minnesota. The delta-8 half of this gummy is in delta-8 vs delta-9.

How this page was checked

The Hub opened https://www.diamondcbd.com/brand/shroomies, followed /shroomies, and opened the Fantasy Bohemian Berry product page and its certificate image. It also read the FDA's Diamond Shruumz investigation page. No gummy was purchased. No effect is described from use. The company check for Diamond CBD, which is not Prophet Premium Blends, is is Diamond CBD legit.

Which product the name points at

People searching "shroomies" land on more than one brand. shroomies.org is a different site. Diamond CBD's brand URL is /brand/shroomies. The visible heading on October 29, 2026 was a catalog browser for that brand. The product slider area in the saved HTML was a loading placeholder, not a list of SKUs. A request to /shroomies returned the shop-all page. This guide will not invent a Shroomies milligram from a slider that did not render.

The mushroom gummy that did render, and that had a certificate, is 200 mg Fantasy Bohemian Berry. The page title is "200mg Fantasy Mushroom Gummies." The description says 200 mg of a delta-8, delta-9, and THCP blend per gummy, 20 gummies, 4,000 mg total, price meta $85. It also says one serving is a quarter of a gummy. The ingredient list names organic cordyceps, lion's mane, reishi, and a hemp-derived blend, plus sugar, corn syrup, gelatin, and colors. A bullet on the page adds maitake, turkey tail, and chaga. Those are culinary or functional mushrooms. They are not psilocybin mushrooms.

The certificate line

Sample ID "D8 190mg+D9 10mg+THCP 2mg+Mushro," analysis date March 18, 2025, Express Test Labs:

  • Delta-8 THC: 192.3 mg per unit
  • Delta-9 THC: 9.472 mg per unit
  • Delta-9 THCP: 1.912 mg per unit
  • Psilocybin: not on the panel
  • Muscimol: not on the panel
  • Total cannabinoids: 203.68 mg per unit

The sample name matches a roughly 190 plus 10 plus 2 split. The product title says 200 mg. The total cannabinoid line is 203.68 mg. Delta-9 at 9.472 mg per gummy is over Minnesota's 5 mg delta-9 hemp serving, and the page says a serving is a quarter piece, which would be a different number the certificate does not calculate. This guide will not divide the lab result into a recommended dose.

Safety icons on the sheet say pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, and mycotoxins were not tested. The mushroom extracts are not analytes on this cannabinoid panel. A potency sheet cannot prove which mushroom was in the gummy. It can show which cannabinoids the lab reported.

Not Diamond Shruumz

Diamond Shruumz is not Diamond CBD. FDA's investigation page, read October 29, 2026, covers Diamond Shruumz-brand chocolate bars, cones, and gummies. Prophet Premium Blends, LLC of Santa Ana, California, recalled all flavors on June 27, 2024. The firm said the products contain muscimol. FDA's page says muscimol was found in some samples and does not explain every illness. As of October 31, 2024, the page cites CDC figures of 180 illnesses reported from 34 states, 73 people hospitalized, and three potentially associated deaths. The investigation status line says ended, and tells consumers not to buy or eat any flavor. Products may still have a long shelf life.

Do not treat a similar name as the same company. Diamond CBD's Fantasy gummy certificate does not list muscimol. That is not a reason to blur the recall. If you have Diamond Shruumz product, the instruction on the FDA page is not to eat it. The FDA page is https://www.fda.gov/food/outbreaks-foodborne-illness/investigation-illnesses-diamond-shruumz-brand-chocolate-bars-cones-gummies-june-2024.

Amanita muscaria gummies are a third product. Muscimol is associated with Amanita muscaria, which is what the recall firm discussed. The Fantasy ingredient list names lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps, and related fungi, not Amanita. This guide did not find a posted assay for those mushroom extracts. Absence from a cannabinoid panel is not a test for amanita toxins. It is a reason not to assume the gummy is an amanita product, and a reason not to assume the mushrooms were identified.

November 12 and the delta-8 in the blend

The gummy is a cannabinoid product first. Delta-8 at 192.3 mg per unit is the dominant line. Section 2019 of Public Law 119-103 keeps the November 12, 2026 exclusion on cannabinoids the plant cannot produce. December 11, 2026 brings outside-the-plant manufacture and the 0.4 mg container cap. One gummy at 9.472 mg delta-9 is already over 0.4 mg, before 20 gummies are multiplied and before delta-8 and THCP are added. The THCP page is the manufacturing date. The federal hemp guide is the 0.4 mg date as OCM describes it.

Minnesota

Psilocybin mushrooms are not legal retail products in Minnesota. That is the subject of the mushroom law page linked above. This Fantasy gummy does not show psilocybin on its certificate, so it is not a "legal mushroom" workaround, and it is not a cannabis dispensary edible either.

Section 342.01, subdivision 50, read October 29, 2026, caps non-beverage hemp servings at 5 mg delta-9 THC. The certificate's per-unit delta-9 figure is 9.472 mg. Section 342.62 caps a multi-serving package at 50 mg delta-9. Twenty pieces at 9.472 mg would be about 189 mg of delta-9 in the pack if every piece matched the sheet. The page's quarter-gummy serving instruction is the seller's direction, not a recalculation this guide will certify.

Licensed Minnesota edibles are a different product. The legal page is the general cannabis answer. It does not clear a mail-order THCP mushroom gummy.

Price, serving, and the quarter-piece instruction

The Fantasy page's price meta was $85 for 20 gummies. The certificate's total cannabinoids are 203.68 mg per unit. Twenty units at that figure would be about 4,074 mg of cannabinoids in the pack, near the page's 4,000 mg claim, if every piece matched the sheet. The page also says a serving is a quarter of a gummy and not to take more than a quarter piece every six hours. A quarter of 9.472 mg delta-9 is about 2.4 mg, which would sit under Minnesota's 5 mg delta-9 serving line, and a quarter of 192.3 mg delta-8 is still about 48 mg of delta-8. This guide is not recommending that split. It is showing that the serving instruction and the per-piece lab result are doing different jobs, and that delta-8 does not disappear because someone cuts the gummy.

The pack still fails a 50 mg delta-9 package cap if you multiply the full piece by 20. Cutting pieces at home does not change what the package contained when it was sold. Section 342.62's package cap is about the package. The federal hemp guide is the separate 0.4 mg container problem, which a single full piece already misses on delta-9 alone.

The Shroomies brand page's failure to list a SKU does not make Fantasy a Shroomies product. The JSON-LD brand field on the Fantasy page says Fantasy. If a later page load of /brand/shroomies shows different gummies, those need their own certificates. This article is stuck to the files retrieved on October 29, 2026.

If you wanted a functional mushroom with no THC

This is not that gummy. The certificate is mostly delta-8, with delta-9 and THCP beside it. If you wanted amanita, stop and read the FDA Diamond Shruumz page before you shop by nickname. If you wanted the Diamond CBD brand called Shroomies, the brand URL exists and, on the day this was written, did not hand this guide a product file to quote.

After Dec 11, 2026

The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management says a federal hemp definition change takes effect December 11, 2026, unless other federal action occurs. OCM describes that change as effectively banning hemp products that contain more than 0.4 mg of THC per package. Minnesota's lower-potency hemp edible rules do not change that day. Single product URLs go stale when an item is pulled. These category pages returned HTTP 200 on October 29, 2026. The aisle that matches this article is CBD gummies. The CBD aisles more likely to remain are CBD isolate gummies, CBD oils, pet CBD, and CBN gummies. Hub guides for those aisles: THC-free CBD oil, CBD dog treats, and THC-free sleep gummies.

FAQ

What is in the mushroom gummy Diamond CBD actually listed with a COA?

Fantasy Bohemian Berry. The March 18, 2025 certificate reports 192.3 mg delta-8, 9.472 mg delta-9, and 1.912 mg THCP per unit. The ingredient list names lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps, and a hemp-derived blend.

Do Shroomies or this Fantasy gummy contain psilocybin?

Psilocybin is not a line on the Fantasy certificate. The Shroomies brand page did not provide a separate certificate in the HTML read October 29, 2026. Psilocybin remains a controlled substance. See the Minnesota mushroom law page.

Are Shroomies the same as Diamond Shruumz?

No. Diamond Shruumz was recalled by Prophet Premium Blends in June 2024. FDA's investigation page cites 180 illnesses, 73 hospitalizations, and three potentially associated deaths as of October 31, 2024. Diamond CBD is a different seller at a Fort Lauderdale address. Similar names are how people get hurt. Do not eat recalled Diamond Shruumz products.

Are amanita muscaria gummies safe because a cannabinoid COA passed?

No. The Fantasy sheet did not test for muscimol, and its safety icons for microbes and heavy metals say not tested. FDA's Diamond Shruumz page is the illness record for products sold with a mushroom claim. A passed potency mark is not a mushroom identification.

The delta-8 and THCP in the blend are the federal question, and the 0.4 mg container rule is December 11, 2026, not only November 12. One unit at 9.472 mg delta-9 is over 0.4 mg. Minnesota's 5 mg delta-9 serving line is a separate statute and is also missed by that per-unit figure.
