In short: Diamond CBD's sugar-free seltzer collection, read October 29, 2026, lists cans titled 5 mg, 7 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, and 300 mg. This guide opened four Fresh product pages. The 200 mg mango certificate reports 199.8 mg delta-9 THC per unit. The 100 mg berries certificate reports 52.14 mg delta-9 THC per unit and 103.30 mg total cannabinoids. The 5 mg blood orange certificate reports 5.176 mg delta-9 THC per unit. Minnesota's single-serving hemp beverage cap is 10 mg of delta-9 THC per container. A 100 mg or 200 mg can is not that product.

No can was purchased. No flavor claim below is a taste test. Minnesota low-dose context is in the Minnesota THC seltzer ranking and the low-dose THC guide.

Which can fits

If this is true Look at
You want the certificate closest to a 5 mg serving Blood orange hibiscus, 5.176 mg delta-9 per unit
You want a high labeled dose whose delta-9 line is near the title Mango, 199.8 mg delta-9 per unit against a 200 mg title
You are shopping in Minnesota for a lower-potency hemp beverage The statute section below. A 100 mg can is not a 10 mg container
You only trust a title Do not. The berries can is the counterexample

How these cans were checked

On October 29, 2026 the Hub opened the sugar-free seltzer collection and four product pages: 5 mg blood orange hibiscus, 7 mg blackberry lime, 100 mg berries, and 200 mg mango. Prices are the product price meta tag. Certificates are the images on the page. Express Test Labs marks pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, and mycotoxins as not tested on these sheets. The test named is potency. The 7 mg page had a certificate image. This guide did not transcribe that image, so the 7 mg row below is the product page only.

The collection listed many more flavors at 100 mg, 200 mg, and 300 mg, including delta-8 cans titled 300 mg. Those URLs were not opened one by one. This page does not pretend to be an eight-brand national ranking. It is the Fresh line Diamond CBD sells, checked from the pages that were opened.

Compare

Can What the title says Delta-9 on the COA Price meta COA date Minnesota hemp beverage line After Dec. 11
5 mg blood orange 5 mg delta-9 5.176 mg per unit $8 Oct. 9, 2026 Under the 10 mg single-serving container cap if the can is one serving Over 0.4 mg per container
7 mg blackberry lime 7 mg delta-9 Not transcribed $10 Image present, not quoted here Page number is under 10 mg. Unverified by a quoted sheet Page number is over 0.4 mg
100 mg berries 100 mg 52.14 mg delta-9 per unit. Total cannabinoids 103.30 mg $8 Jan. 2, 2026 Above 10 mg on both the title and the delta-9 line Above 0.4 mg
200 mg mango 200 mg 199.8 mg delta-9 per unit $9 March 19, 2026 Far above 10 mg Far above 0.4 mg

Using the price meta and the delta-9 milligrams on the sheet: mango is $9 divided by 199.8 mg, about 4.5 cents per mg of delta-9. Berries is $8 divided by 52.14 mg, about 15 cents per mg of delta-9. Blood orange is $8 divided by 5.176 mg, about $1.55 per mg. The low dose costs more per milligram. That is arithmetic, not a quality score.

One certificate line

The mango sheet, sample ID "D9 200mg Seltzer Mango," analysis date March 19, 2026, lists delta-9 THC at 487.385 mg/g and 199.8 mg per unit. Delta-8, THCA, CBD, and THCP on that sheet are not detected. Total cannabinoids are 199.80 mg per unit. The title says 200 mg. On this can, the delta-9 line and the title are close. Source: the certificate image on the mango product page, read October 29, 2026.

The berries sheet is the one that is not close. Analysis date January 2, 2026. Delta-9 THC is 52.14 mg per unit. CBD is 16.44, CBN 15.94, CBG 18.78. Total cannabinoids are 103.30 mg per unit. A reader can see how a "100 mg" title could be tracking the total, or could be missing the delta-9 line. The page does not say which. The ingredients line on the berries page says carbonated water, natural flavor, and hemp-derived delta-9 THC extract. It does not itemize the CBD, CBN, and CBG that the certificate reports.

The blood orange sheet, analysis date October 9, 2026, lists delta-9 THC at 5.176 mg per unit. The gauge on the sheet prints 0.00% beside a milligram figure of 5.18. The percent column is a rounding display. The milligram column is the one to read. The product photo on the certificate is a can labeled 5 mg.

What the federal text does to a can

Until December 11, 2026, section 2019 of Public Law 119-103 limits the new hemp amendments to products that contain cannabinoids not capable of being naturally produced by the plant. Delta-9 THC is produced by the plant. A high-dose delta-9 can is not, by that sentence alone, moved on November 12.

On December 11, 2026 the container clause applies: a final hemp-derived cannabinoid product with greater than 0.4 mg combined total per container of total THC, including THCA, plus other cannabinoids with similar effects. Every can in the table is over 0.4 mg if the quoted or labeled delta-9 figure is what the can contains. The 5.176 mg can is about 13 times 0.4 mg. The 199.8 mg can is about 500 times 0.4 mg. The Office of Cannabis Management's September 3, 2026 bulletin describes the 0.4 mg change as taking effect December 11, 2026, unless other federal action occurs. The statute split is explained in the federal hemp changes guide.

Diamond's where-we-ship page, read October 29, 2026, still says consumable hemp products are federally legal and may ship across state lines, using the 0.3% delta-9 dry-weight sentence. That page does not mention the 0.4 mg container line. Seller copy and the enrolled bill are different documents.

Minnesota does not use 100 mg as a hemp beverage cap

Section 342.01, subdivision 50, read October 29, 2026, includes a beverage path of no more than 10 mg of delta-9 THC in a single container, and a non-beverage path of no more than 5 mg of delta-9 THC per serving. Section 342.62, subdivision 2(g), says a single-serving hemp beverage container must not contain more than 10 mg of delta-9 THC. Subdivision 2(i) covers a larger resealable beverage: not more than 5 mg of delta-9 THC per serving and not more than 17 servings, and not less than 750 milliliters.

A 100 mg or 200 mg single can fails the 10 mg single-serving line on the label alone. The 5.176 mg blood orange can is under 10 mg and near 5 mg. It is still over the federal 0.4 mg container figure. Minnesota's hemp rules do not disappear on December 11. A product can meet a state number and sit outside the federal definition. The large-format beverage compliance page is the business side of multi-serve drinks.

The site footer says THCA products are not shipped to Minnesota. These seltzers are titled as delta-9 or delta-8 drinks, not THCA flower. This guide did not complete a checkout to Minnesota, so it does not claim a can will or will not pass the cart. The Diamond CBD records check covers the company. Company trust is not a substitute for the milligram on the can.

Licensed dispensary drinks are a separate track, with the state's cannabis excise tax described in the tax breakdown. A mail-order hemp seltzer is not that purchase.

What to do with the dose

If you are in Minnesota and you want a hemp beverage inside the 10 mg single-container line, start from a can whose certificate is near 5 mg, not from a can titled 100 mg. If you are somewhere else and you want one can to be a large dose, the mango certificate is the sheet that matches its title, and you still have to read your state and the December 11 date. The berries title is not a number to plan a dose around until you read the 52.14 mg line.

How long a drink takes to take effect is not on these certificates. The seller's berries page says the nano seltzer "kicks in fast." That is advertising. This guide has no clock time to add.

After Dec 11, 2026

The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management says a federal hemp definition change takes effect December 11, 2026, unless other federal action occurs. OCM describes that change as effectively banning hemp products that contain more than 0.4 mg of THC per package. Minnesota's lower-potency hemp edible rules do not change that day. Source: OCM's federal hemp changes page and the Hub's December 11 hemp guide.

Single product URLs go stale when an item is pulled. These category pages returned HTTP 200 on October 29, 2026. The aisle that matches this article is drinks. The CBD aisles more likely to remain are CBD isolate gummies, CBD oils, pet CBD, and CBN gummies. Hub guides for those aisles: THC-free CBD oil, CBD dog treats, and THC-free sleep gummies.

FAQ

How much delta-9 THC did the lab report in the 100 mg berries can?

52.14 mg per unit on the Express Test Labs sheet dated January 2, 2026. Total cannabinoids on that sheet are 103.30 mg per unit. The product title says 100 mg.

Are 100 mg THC seltzers a Minnesota lower-potency hemp beverage?

Not under the 10 mg delta-9 cap for a single-serving container in section 342.62, subdivision 2(g), read October 29, 2026. The 5 mg blood orange certificate, at 5.176 mg per unit, is the can in this set that sits under that cap.

What happens to these cans after December 11, 2026?

The federal container exclusion, greater than 0.4 mg combined total per container, takes effect that day under section 2019 of Public Law 119-103. Each quoted can is over 0.4 mg of delta-9 THC. State hemp rules are a separate text. They do not rewrite the federal definition.

Does Diamond CBD say these seltzers ship to every state?

The where-we-ship page says consumable hemp may ship across state lines and tells the reader to check state law. The THCA exclusion list on the footer names Minnesota and seven other states. This guide did not place an order, so it does not describe a Minnesota checkout block for a seltzer.

Is the 200 mg mango certificate close to the label?

Yes, on the sheet dated March 19, 2026: 199.8 mg delta-9 THC per unit, with other cannabinoids on that panel not detected. The price meta was $9. That is about 4.5 cents per milligram of delta-9 at the list meta price.
