Fresh Disposable Vapes: What the COAs Show

Fresh is a Diamond CBD brand. A 2 ml Blue Dream pen's certificate shows 701.6 mg THCA and 1,309 mg delta-8, not a single cannabinoid.

In short: Fresh, on diamondcbd.com, is a Diamond CBD brand. The brand page read October 29, 2026 describes delta-8 drinks, THC seltzers, gummies, and disposable vapes made from USA-grown hemp. Other shops also use the word Fresh. This page is only the Diamond CBD brand. The 2000 mg Blue Dream hybrid pen's certificate reports 701.6 mg THCA and 1,309 mg delta-8 per unit, totaling 2,010.60 mg of cannabinoids. It is a blend, not a THCA-only device.

Nothing was purchased or inhaled. Company records are in is Diamond CBD legit. Why THCP and delta-8 sit on different federal dates is in is THCP synthetic.

How this page was checked

On October 29, 2026 the Hub opened the Fresh brand page, the Fresh vape-pen collection, and three product pages: the 2000 mg THCA and delta-8 Blue Dream pen, the 2000 mg THCP and delta-8 Sunset Sherbet cart, and the 6000 mg delta-8 and THCP Sunset Sherbet pen. Trustpilot's diamondcbd.com page was also open that day: TrustScore 4.0 from 197 reviews. Those reviews are about the company, not a count of puffs. Certificates are Express Test Labs potency sheets. The safety icons say pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, and mycotoxins were not tested.

Which Fresh

Search results for "fresh dispo" mix retailers. Diamond CBD's own brand page is at /brand/fresh. The vape collection that loaded on October 29, 2026 listed nine devices, including three 2000 mg THCA and delta-8 pens (White Buffalo, Blue Dream, Green Crack), a two-pen THCA and delta-8 bundle, four 6000 mg delta-8 and THCP pens, and a 3600 mg THCP and delta-8 bundle. If a cart in another shop says Fresh and does not come from this catalog, this page does not describe it.

The brand page says Fresh uses nano technology and offers "precise potency." The certificates are the check on that sentence. They are not a puff review.

The Blue Dream pen, from the sheet

The 2000 mg THCA and delta-8 Blue Dream pen is a 2 ml device. The price meta tag was $38. The certificate, sample name "THCA,D8 2000mg Vape Pen Hybrid," analysis date March 19, 2025, reports:

  • Delta-9 THCA: 806.481 mg/g, 701.6 mg per unit, 11.69%
  • Delta-8 THC: 1,505.65 mg/g, 1,309 mg per unit, 21.83%
  • Delta-9 THC: not detected
  • Total cannabinoids: 33.52%, 2,010.60 mg per unit

The 2,010.60 mg total is close to the 2000 mg title. The title does not say that about two-thirds of the reported cannabinoids, by the milligram column, are delta-8 (1,309 of 2,010.60). THCA is 701.6 mg per unit. Max active THC on the sheet is marked not detected, which tracks the delta-9 THC line, not the THCA line. Heating THCA is a different chemical step. The THCA flower page explains why a not-detected delta-9 line is not the whole story for THCA. This pen also contains delta-8 on the same sheet.

A THCP cart from the same brand

The 2000 mg THCP and delta-8 Sunset Sherbet cart is a 2 ml cart, price meta $30. It is a cartridge in the Fresh catalog, not the 6 ml disposable. The certificate, analysis date March 21, 2025, reports delta-8 THC at 1,045 mg per unit, delta-9 THCP at 574.6 mg per unit, and delta-8 THCP at 480.3 mg per unit. Total cannabinoids are 2,099.90 mg per unit. Delta-9 THC is not detected. The page's marketing says THCP is for nighttime and that delta-8 balances it. That is the seller's effect language. The sheet is the milligram record.

The 6000 mg delta-8 and THCP pen page says 6,000 mg total, 5 mg per puff, and 1,200 puffs, at a $60 price meta. This guide did not find a certificate image in that page's HTML. A puff count on a product page is not a lab result. Do not multiply 5 mg by 1,200 and call it a certificate.

What November 12 changes, and what it does not

Section 2019 of Public Law 119-103 keeps the new hemp definition, until December 11, 2026, applied only to cannabinoids that are not capable of being naturally produced by Cannabis sativa L. Delta-8 THC and THCP have both been reported as compounds the plant can make, in trace amounts for THCP. The November 12 clause is not a sentence that says "all delta-8 and THCP vapes end that day."

December 11, 2026 is the date for the other clauses: cannabinoids that can occur naturally but were synthesized or manufactured outside the plant, and final products over 0.4 mg combined total per container of total THC including THCA, plus similar-effect cannabinoids. A device with 701.6 mg of THCA and 1,309 mg of delta-8 is not a 0.4 mg container. Commercial vape oil is widely described as converted from hemp cannabinoids. These certificates do not print the manufacturing method. If the oil was manufactured outside the plant, the December 11 synthesized-outside clause is the one to read. The comparison of delta-8 and delta-9 is in delta-8 vs delta-9.

Minnesota

The site footer, read October 29, 2026, says THCA products are not shipped to Minnesota, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont. The Blue Dream pen is titled as a THCA device. This guide did not run a Minnesota checkout. It does not claim the cart will make an exception the footer does not.

Minnesota vape options in the licensed market are a different set of sellers. The THC vapes page is that directory, not a Fresh listing. Section 342.01 and section 342.62, read the same day, set milligram caps for lower-potency hemp edibles and beverages. They are not a vape-oil formula. A 2 ml pen with more than 2,000 mg of cannabinoids is not a 5 mg edible serving.

Trustpilot's 4.0 from 197 reviews, opened October 29, 2026, includes shipping complaints and praise in the same list. Trustpilot says it does not fact-check reviews. A star score is not a certificate, and it is not a hardware test. This guide has no observation about airflow, leaks, or how many puffs a battery delivers.

What a shopper can check without buying

The price meta, the milligram columns, and the shipping footer are all public. On the Blue Dream page the price meta was $38 for a device whose certificate totals 2,010.60 mg of cannabinoids. That is about 1.9 cents per milligram of reported cannabinoids if you use the total line, and it is a meaningless "per puff" price because the sheet does not count puffs. The Sunset Sherbet cart's price meta was $30 for 2,099.90 mg total cannabinoids on its sheet, a similar cost per reported milligram, with a different split: more THCP, less THCA. Comparing those two sheets is the useful shopping step. Comparing either of them to a 6,000 mg title that has no certificate in the HTML is not.

The where-we-ship page also says subscription orders ship free except to Hawaii and Alaska, and a site promo line says free shipping on retail orders over $99 except Hawaii and Alaska. Those are shipping offers, not a statement that every state allows the oil. The footer THCA list is the more important sentence for a pen titled THCA. Minnesota is on it.

Licensed Minnesota shops that sell vapes have to live inside the state system. A mail-order blend with delta-8 and THCA on one certificate does not become a state-legal vape because the brand page says the hemp was grown in the United States. Growth location and finished-product law are different facts. The THC vapes directory is where in-state devices are listed. If a listing there has no menu, the directory's own rules say not to treat it as an open shop. This Fresh page does not add those shops to Diamond's catalog.

If you want a device that stays under the federal container line

These Fresh devices are not that product. The milligrams on the two certificates are in the hundreds and thousands. If your state still allows the blend after you read the December 11 clauses, match the certificate date to the device you would receive, and notice that the safety panels on these sheets were not tested. If you want a Minnesota licensed vape, use the vape directory above, not this mail-order pen.

After Dec 11, 2026

The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management says a federal hemp definition change takes effect December 11, 2026, unless other federal action occurs. OCM describes that change as effectively banning hemp products that contain more than 0.4 mg of THC per package. Minnesota's lower-potency hemp edible rules do not change that day.
