Diamond CBD vs cbdMD vs 3Chi Compared

Diamond CBD has a 2019 FDA letter and potency COAs that miss some labels. cbdMD is a separate review. A 3Chi lab URL checked today returned 404.
In short: Diamond CBD, cbdMD, and 3Chi are three different hemp catalogs. This guide can document Diamond CBD from pages and certificates opened on October 29, 2026, and it can point at the Hub's existing cbdMD review for that brand's broad spectrum labels. It cannot award 3Chi a lab grade. The URL https://3chi.com/lab-results/ returned 404 that day. A missing page is not a failed lab. It is a page this guide will not invent.
The Diamond records, including the 2019 FDA letter, are in is Diamond CBD legit. Paw CBD, which already ranks for some of this comparison traffic, is the Paw CBD guide. Label checks for the durable catalog are THC-free CBD oil, CBD dog treats, and THC-free sleep gummies.

How this page was checked
Public records only. For Diamond CBD: the March 28, 2019 FDA and FTC warning letter to PotNetwork Holdings, the BBB profile, the Trustpilot page, and potency certificates on product pages. For cbdMD: the Hub review dated October 20, 2026, which checked that seller's product pages and did not place an order. For 3Chi: the homepage returned 200, and the lab-results path returned 404. FDA's cannabis-derived products warning-letter list was opened. This guide did not see cbdMD or 3Chi named in the portion of that list returned on October 29, 2026. That is not a certificate that no letter exists anywhere in FDA's files. It is what that public list showed in the fetch.
No hands-on use. No price-per-milligram winner is declared for 3Chi, because no 3Chi price or certificate was read.

One regulator record each
Diamond CBD: the letter is real and specific. FDA wrote PotNetwork Holdings, Inc., 3531 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, on March 28, 2019, about disease claims on www.diamondcbd.com. The BBB profile read October 29, 2026 uses that street. Details and the COA mismatches are on the legit check. A broad spectrum gummy certificate dated January 14, 2026 lists 17.33 mg CBD per unit and delta-9 THC not detected, against a 25 mg title. That is the kind of COA access Diamond's pages give: an image, a potency panel, and a gap you can measure.
cbdMD: this article does not open a new warning letter. The cbdMD review is the source page so the same products are not rewritten. That review says broad spectrum pages use no-detectable-THC wording, that the wording is a detection limit, and that the same pages also print a 0.3% delta-9 dry-weight line. It says the Hub did not place a test order. If you want CBD-only shopping notes, start there, not here.
3Chi: none found, with the search described above. The homepage responded. The lab path this guide tried did not. A comparison that pretends to have read a 3Chi certificate would be fiction. If you need their labs, open the site yourself and match a lot number. This page will not supply a grade it does not have.
FDA's list of warning letters for cannabis-derived products is at fda.gov/news-events/public-health-focus/warning-letters-cannabis-derived-products. Read it yourself if you need a letter newer than this article.
Price per milligram, only where the math exists
Diamond examples, using October 29, 2026 price meta tags and certificates, are in the drink and THCV articles. The 200 mg mango seltzer was $9 in the price meta and 199.8 mg delta-9 on the sheet. The 10 mg THCV gummy was $65 in the price meta and 9.095 mg THCV per unit, 30 units. Those are two different products. They are not a brand-wide price.
The cbdMD review, checked October 20, 2026, said several gummy and softgel pages list bottle totals rather than piece counts, so cost per serving could not be finished. This article does not invent the missing piece count.
No 3Chi price was recorded.
Which catalog is which
Diamond CBD's live catalog on October 29, 2026 included THCA flower, delta-8 and delta-9 gummies, THCP vapes, THCV gummies, and seltzers from 5 mg to 200 mg and up. The Trustpilot company blurb on the same day said the products have no THC. The catalog and the blurb disagree. That is documented in the legit article.
cbdMD, in the Hub review, is treated as a broad spectrum CBD seller for the products that review is willing to link. Delta-9 and full spectrum exist in that catalog and are left unlinked there on purpose.
3Chi is known as a hemp-derived THC seller in the market this brief is about. This page does not repeat a product list it did not open. The best Diamond products page is the Diamond catalog sorted by certificate, if the question is what Diamond sells rather than who is more trustworthy in the abstract.
Minnesota
A national catalog is not a Minnesota license. Section 342.01, subdivision 50, and section 342.62, read October 29, 2026, cap lower-potency hemp edibles at 5 mg delta-9 per non-beverage serving, 50 mg delta-9 in a multi-serving non-beverage package, and 10 mg delta-9 in a single-serving beverage container. Diamond's footer says THCA is not shipped to Minnesota. cbdMD's review says the partnership terms it saw were US shipping and that no Minnesota test order was placed. 3Chi shipping to Minnesota was not checked.
Licensed cannabis is the dispensary directory. The 15% excise tax on that channel is the tax breakdown.
What "trustworthy" can mean on this record
A trustworthy comparison has to survive a reader who opens the links. For Diamond CBD, the links are the 2019 letter, the BBB profile with a B and 19 complaints, Trustpilot at 4.0 from 197 reviews, and certificates that sometimes miss the title. That is a mixed record with documents attached. Calling it the most trustworthy brand would ignore the letter and the mismatches. Calling it a fake store would ignore the address, the phone, and the lab images.
For cbdMD, the attached document is the Hub's October 20, 2026 review. That review's limit is part of the record: no test order, no piece count on some bottles, and a deliberate choice not to link delta-9. A reader who wants THC variety will find that review quiet on purpose. A reader who wants broad spectrum wording will find it more useful than this three-column table.
For 3Chi, the attached document is a 404 on a lab path and a live homepage. That is not a scandal and not a clean bill. It is an incomplete column. Incomplete columns do not win ties.
Minnesota's concrete number, from section 342.62 read October 29, 2026, is 50 mg of delta-9 in a multi-serving non-beverage hemp package and 10 mg in a single-serving beverage. Any brand's 100 mg gummy or 100 mg can fails that number on the label, before certificates. The best products roundup shows which Diamond SKUs miss it and which sit closer. The Paw CBD guide is the pet side of the cbdMD catalog, already written, and it should not be merged into a THC argument.
If you are choosing
If you want CBD products whose Hub writeup stays on broad spectrum pages and says no detectable THC in the seller's wording, use the cbdMD review and read the detection-limit caveat. If you want THC variety and you are willing to compare each title to a certificate, Diamond publishes those images, and several of them do not match the title. If you want 3Chi, this page is not your lab report. Federal dates for anything with real THC milligrams are December 11, 2026 for the 0.4 mg container line, explained in the federal hemp guide.
FAQ
Is cbdMD better than Diamond CBD?
On the records this page opened, they are different products. cbdMD's Hub review is about broad spectrum labels and no-detectable-THC wording. Diamond CBD sells that kind of gummy and also sells high-THC seltzers, flower, and vapes, with a 2019 FDA letter on the company. "Better" depends on whether you want a narrow CBD label or a wide THC catalog you will check against a certificate.
Which brand's full safety panel did this guide read?
None. Diamond's Express Test Labs sheets that were opened are potency tests and say the safety icons were not tested. The cbdMD review does not paste a full pesticide panel. 3Chi's lab-results path returned 404.
Has the FDA warned cbdMD or 3Chi?
The cannabis-derived products warning-letter list, in the portion fetched October 29, 2026, did not name them. The list did not have to be complete for that sentence to be true. Diamond CBD's parent, PotNetwork Holdings, has a letter dated March 28, 2019. That one was opened in full.
Which is cheaper per milligram?
Not answered for the three brands together. Diamond's mango seltzer math is about 4.5 cents per mg of delta-9 at the $9 price meta and the 199.8 mg certificate. cbdMD piece counts were not on the pages the October 20 review used. 3Chi was not priced.
Which sells THC products?
Diamond CBD does, and the certificates quote the amounts. The cbdMD review says that seller also sells delta-9 and full spectrum products and withholds those links. 3Chi's homepage loaded and this guide did not inventory it.
Could Minnesota medical enrollment lower your eligible purchase taxes?
$99 with code MNHUB. Provider certification comes before OCM enrollment review.
